Totally made up stat: In a weekend, the cumulative time passed by all humanity on a #Godot game as doubled (Slay the Spire 2 is available)
Finally testing out PostmarketOS on an old OnePlus 6.
There are some rough edges, but it is surprisingly usable!
This toot from the GNOME app Tuba using Phosh!
Now, how to get Godot Engine on this thing. . .

If any of you have been stalking my replies, you may have known that I've been struggling to get level progression working on my runner game.
Well, tonight, my struggles end because thanks to a new Godot update and using prints, I was able to find the problem and fix the issue! Also, instead of jumping right into the next level, there's UI to give you choice over what you wanna do.
I may have to completely rebuild level 2, but at least I made it work!

#screenshotsaturday A new building that took a real long time to do. I don't have the knowledge or skills to properly texture stuff. But here's a cable car hut of some variety.
And my solution to the door problem, the door has no collision.

Happy with the first real UI element for Going Forth By Day. Live, real-time action fatigue indicator for running, jumping and attack inputs along with cool-down gating, refill, etc. Choices will matter, even physical. Millennials might recognize the inspiration for it: watch out for ghouls and FEV monstrosities if you do. ☣️😎 #madewithgodot #gamedesign #godot #fallout
I'm making an addon to pin cheatsheets ontop of the editor!!

I wanted to make my shader beginner guides focus on one topic so it isn't overwhelming. That topic is UVs.
In Part 2 we go over some simple math to offset, scale, tile and rotate textures using UVs. Let me know if you find it helpful!

I've been seeing these kinds of breakdowns of godot vfx, so I made my own!
You can grab the shaders for free here: https://binbun3d.itch.io/godot-portal-vfx

I've implemented a system to save/load the machines designed by the player. It's now possible to "spawn" the same design multiple times. Since there is no resource system yet, there's no limit to how many you can create, or construction time.
This will be very useful for me as well, for testing.
