Those fucking, fucking, cursed #Godot .uid files.
Can't even refactor a class name in Rider (yes, in Godot mode) without hard-breaking my scenes, requiring manual intervention (that the dependency correction dialog cannot perform - so I need to edit the files myself).
This implementation is so infinitely dumb and destructive.
Maybe it's really time to start my own Godot fork.
With Black Jack, and with a proper .uid database.

Is it time for a complete rewrite yet?
And by "complete rewrite", I mean a frantic copy/paste, with minor adjustments to namings.
I need to find a way of covering the map with detritus that must be cleared before farming and expansion is possible - the plan being to force the backwards supply-chain. e.g. Start by importing Meals. Then build a Bakery (import fruit and flour). Then a windmill (import grain)
Eventually, your own Farm and Orchards!

Train is proving problematic.
Mostly working, but some issues if trying to export more Goods than you have.
Also can't alter/cancel Import/Export orders.
I think I've got some solutions, but too hot and tired to try them.
@pablo_fernandez now I'm stepping through the #GDScript parser...
