@spielmannspiel I was actually connecting Godot to a warehouse management system API to display all the incoming and outgoing trucks for a warehouse :)
first successful run with the new update! still needs some balancing & debugging before i'm comfortable pouring in content, but yeah! good! nice!

Well, it's still not PRETTY, but you can now queue up items to sell. So there is technically a game loop now, if all you want to do is run a scrap stand in an alleyway: buy broken stuff, repair it, sell it.
Lots still to do, though. Like, uh. Everything. But a loop is good.

Sometimes we just wanna make a fun thing, even if it's not necessary by any means...
Like randomized serial numbers on weapons. Together with randomized wear patterns on them - gives a nice organic feel to it. Every single gun is unique!
That's stuff you can do very easily in Liblast Framework using our Ubershader.
The serial number is not a decal or a Label3D, it's part of the material.
The models are of course totally placeholder (just Godot primitives).

Lots of refactoring of the serialization/saving-and-loading system in #RulerOfRoguemount this week, so unfortunately I haven't had many screenshots to post. This refactor should make it significantly easier to write tests for both the individual parts of the saving and loading scheme, as well as the entire save and load process.
As a bonus, it will make it fairly trivial to create contrived "scenario" saves that players will be able to load in and try to work with!
