So today I'm doing some work decoding the GDL 90 messages that ForeFlight Sentry (among others) sends out. Had to reach into my college days brain to remember how bitwise operations work so I could unpack the data. There is a typo in my comment, it is actually extending to 64 bits. The logic is right, the comment is not. Remember, code doesn't lie but comments can.

My Blades in the Dark Character sheet holds about 40 variables, all separately.
I use a Global ("ScoundrelManager") to listen for change-data signals, with loads of Match statements (change-text, change-integer, etc).
I see lots of talk of using Dictionaries to hold it all, and I can see how this would shrink the Manager's Matchs.
But it would be BIG dictionaries!
Any advices?

I would so love to be like "Who wants to make a Zelda 64-like?" and then I just be an assistant programmer and/or composer. I can't do 3D programming, I'm not really a game designer, and I caaaaaan't lead a team. But I want to be part of that game!
