That’s an odd one! I’d be curious about how your site is set up. Do you use the regular Sempress theme? Do you have any code snippet that may change the way posts are returned in some queries, maybe by hooking into a filter like pre_get_posts?

Here is something neat:
I maintain a #WordPress blog, and use the #ActivityPub plugin to connect to the #Fediverse .
And it seems that recently this plugin added the option of an extended footer to blog entries. This footer includes both a Fediverse "follow" button and a list of Fediverse Followers.
I think this is very useful because it makes the Fediverse more visible in the world at large - few people out there know what the Fediverse actually is, but many read blogs.
If you use Wordpress, I recommend that you check this plugin out, and use it for your site. You can see the effect here:

The article was triggered by a discussion on JSON vs JSON-LD I started on SocialHub.
This is imho the biggest pain point of the fediverse: we never specified how an #ActivityPub extension is to be built according to best-practics such that a maximum level of #Interoperability is retained even when the #SocialNetwork balloons by its influx of new participants and apps & service providers.
I don't think our current post-facto interoperability work method - the best-we-have but still poor man's tool - is able to facilitate that kind of growth, and yet people are clamoring for it. Bring it on, they say. But not having much talk on what would be the most likely outcome of that, when it happens.

Incidencias de acceso y operatividad en mastodon.social por ataque DDoS
La instancia mastodon.social sufrió un ataque de denegación de servicio distribuido que impactó directamente en la experiencia de los usuarios, generando interrupciones en funciones críticas. Entre las molestias reportadas se encuentran la imposibilidad de publicar nuevos estados (toots), fallos al intentar impulsar publicaciones de terceros (boosts) y errores de carga al acceder a las cuentas personales. Estas degradaciones se manifestaron como latencias extremas en la interfaz web y errores de conexión en las aplicaciones móviles, impidiendo la interacción normal dentro del ecosistema federado durante el periodo de mayor intensidad del tráfico malicioso.

El equipo de administración de la instancia activó protocolos de emergencia consistentes en el despliegue de filtros de mitigación y reglas de firewall dinámicas para segregar el tráfico legítimo de las solicitudes automatizadas del ataque. Estas medidas permitieron estabilizar los nodos de acceso y reducir la saturación de la API, aunque la federación con otras instancias pequeñas presentó retrasos residuales en la sincronización de feeds. El monitoreo permanece activo para prevenir rebrotes que comprometan nuevamente la estabilidad de la red.
