So today is 3 years since I joined Mastodon. Really glad I did, so much nicer than Twitter. I have found a super community here.

Die #FIFA… ähh nein… Gianni #Infantino hat eine neue Auszeichnung, den "Fifa Friedenspreis – Fußball vereint die Welt", erfunden. Der Preis ist natürlich bedeutender und viel mehr wert, hundert mal mehr wert, als der olle #Friedensnobelpreis, so viel wert.
Nur der auf #Mastodon bekannte "so 1 Pimmel Preis - Deppen spalten die Welt" ist fast so bedeutend. Mann kann übrigens beide Preise bekommen. Nur zur Info. Die Liste ist lang, die Shortlist kurz.

The great thing about putting every new person you follow straight into a list is that you can mix up your timeline a bit to refresh the content you see.
The main thing is you need to make sure your lists are hidden from your main feed and are in separate columns of their own. That way you can switch them around a bit.
It would be nice if #Mastodon had a dedicated page for lists, so you could drag and drop follows into desired lists, because it's quite time consuming, even when trying to move a handful of accounts.

I like the idea of open registration, but I'm convinced by the arguments against it and the harm it causes.
There might be a couple of technical solutions that could meet half-way that are worth exploring (e.g. open rego but your posts and profile are quarantined until you're approved.)
Unfortunately, the current status quo is not fit for purpose.

画像をクリックして表示されたモーダルウインドウの「1:1」をクリックすると拡大できるのだけど、その画像の他の所を見る場合、ドラッグ＆ドロップする。その移動範囲は、画像の右端はウインドウの右端まで、左端は左端まで、上辺は上辺まで、下辺は下辺まで。
それで、右上隅が右上隅に一致した場合、閉じるボタンが隠れてしまう。ドラッグして移動すれば見えるが、マウスを話してドロップすると右端は右端に合うように移動して閉じるボタンは隠れてしまう。このモーダルウインドウを閉じるにはどうしたら良いか？その前に、画像を小さく戻すにはどうしたら良いか？
画像は大きくて、ウインドウいっぱいになっていて画像の外側をクリックすることもできない。角がぴたりと一致するように背景を隠してしまう。
どうやったらモーダルウインドウを閉じることができるか？
試しに画像をダブルクリックしたら、画像が小さくなってくれて、閉じるボタンが見えるようになった。
拡大と縮小はダブルクリックでもできるらしい。
