I'm considering a new dashboard layout with big icon buttons on the bottom instead of the buttons on the left. It would make it also much easier to use on devices with touch screens like tablets or phones.

Does this look good?

I'm pretty sure I CAN use decals or the new stencil buffer in #Godot to do what I want, but I can't find any tutorials:

I have robots. I want to put circuitry meshes inside them and then stencil damage or missing plates.

I CAN do this with alpha textures, but I'd prefer to use either stencils or decals, if possible.

I just added a new effect if you found a pair of cards. I think this one is a nice addition to the game.

Seems like small additional can make a large impact on how a game feels. Still it does not feel like a 1.0 version.

Godot 4.5 was recently released. This release now supports chunk tilemap physics.

The system has been reworked from the ground up. Now, TileMapLayer physics merge cell shapes into bigger collision shapes whenever possible.

Godot 4.5 was recently released. This release now supports OpenXR render models.

Godot added support for the XR_EXT_render_model and XR_EXT_interaction_render_model extensions introduced in OpenXR.

These extensions, when enabled and supported, give an application access to fully animated models of the controllers currently held by users. This means Meta Quest 3S and Pico 4 Ultra users will see their respective controllers in their hands without extra effort from the developer.
