@mastodonmigration If #mastodon wants to be the “counterweight to corporate media” then it will need to work harder at encouraging its users not to chase off people who gave this place a chance.
We might have fewer Trumpers here, but we certainly have nihilists and we have both-sides-ers and we have purity testers and many other toxic people who have chased away people who came here to contribute.
And the platform some people bullied off Mastodon often migrate to is #bluesky
