Meine Erkenntnisse aus dem gestrigen Unabhängigkeitstag (Verlassen von WhatsApp):
- Eine bestimmte Zeit vor dem Verlassen euren Kontakten auf WhatsApp mitteilen dass man WhatsApp verlässt. Stories sind hierfür gut geeignet.
- Dabei auch Gründe nennen, warum man WhatsApp verlässt (in Stories).
- Stories sind ein graphisches Medium. Daher sollten sie auch mit Grafiken bespielt werden, wie bspw. den SharePics des DI.days: https://di.day/de/wechselrezepte/whatsapp-zu-signal (Wechselrezept zum Teilen). Da ich selber nicht die künstlerischen Fähigkeiten besitze habe ich zusätzlich eine KI bemüht, Bilder für mich zu erstellen. (S. Anhang.)

You can also #boost them (just put the PeerTube URL in the search bar)
You can also follow PeerTube channel into #Podcast applications through #RSS and such.
Yes, UX has some round edges, but if you manage to try, it's quite powerfull tool.
And no, you will not achieve same result with Mastodon. Ever.
Also - it's time to stop talking PeerTube like it was supposed to replace YouTube - it will not. It's an alternative and it's quite bang for the buck actually.

So what do they do with this 2.7MB of code?
Fingerprint you. How do they do it? They scan your browser for more than 6000 extensions. The neat little programs helping you surfing smarter and more productively, or maybe to mine bitcoin without your knowledge. By scanning which of the more than 6000 extensions are installed in your browser, they have a very good fingerprint. How many people use the same extensions in the same browser?
