@pixelfed Actually—what is the status of the Pixelfed app? It hasn't been updated since September and there's one particularly limiting bug where the "post" button falls off the screen when replying. That can't be very appealing to new Pixelfed users...
I'm trying to push people to the Fediverse and Pixelfed is one of the first platforms I always mention.

Budujeme a provozujeme komunitní služby pro Fediverse a otevřený internet:

• Pixelfed – alternativa k Instagramu bez sledování
• MXChat – Matrix komunikace pro komunitu
• Oscloud – zázemí a služby pro provoz aplikací a projektů
Brzy představíme i naši novou službu.
Cílem je nabídnout svobodné, otevřené a soukromí respektující služby bez reklam, bez profilování a bez vendor lock-inu.
Vše běží jako komunitní projekt a je zdarma pro uživatele.
Za tím je ale reálná infrastruktura, čas a náklady.
Od dubna navýšil ceny serverů Hetzner, takže provoz je teď náročnější než dřív.

I have a thought about something that I don't like from Pixelfed. And I think this is important.
Looking at an already deleted profile of RiversideBryan Pixelfed Social, while his profile is no longer available on Pixelfed, I can still able seeing and browsing his post on Mastodon.
While not all of his post are accessible, as pictures fail to load, it still shows that the data persists even after deactivating an account.
