Die zudem gestreute Behauptung, dass eine solche Regelung bis zur Abschaffung der alten Wehrpflicht im Jahr 2011 ja auch bestanden habe, ist falsch. Diese galt explizit nur im sogenannten Spannungsfall und Kriegsfall. Die neue Regelung sol hingegen immer gelten!
Davon abgesehen ist der Verweis auf die Vergangenheit einer autoritären Übergriffigkeit kaum ein überzeugendes Argument, um ihre Fortsetzung zu rechtfertigen. Zumal bereits der Militär- und Wehrdienst und damit die mit psychischer und physischer Gewaltsamkeit verbundene Erniedrigung von Menschen zu staatlich verwendbaren Kanonenfutter, für jeden auch nur halbwegs vernünftigen Menschen abzulehnen ist.
Dass sich jetzt der Staat aber auch noch anzumaßen glaubt, einem größeren Teil der Bevölkerung vorschreiben zu wollen, beim Militär um Erlaubnis bitten zu müssen, bevor sie sich frei bewegen dürfen, zeigt dann immerhin ganz klar, wie diese "Freiheit" ganz konkret aussieht, die die Bundeswehr und die deutschen Regierungen zu verteidigen vorzugeben.

After a night wrought with restless pain filled sleeplessness the old man drags his stiff breathless lifeless corpse out of a sunken bed of jagged shards of thorny rocky glass, as the classical music plays and unable to yet see he scrapes himself across the floor to prepare his coffee, as his hands shake and tremble he pours in the water and counts the scoops of grind, fumbling he manages to plug in the percolator as the coffee begins to perc he stumbles off to the toilet, his bowels bellow out in a hungerous rage, in the mirror a man blankly stares into the abyss his hair and beard greasy and disheveled he disrobes and enters the shower, the boiling water pours over his weary body as he brushes his teeth it offers no comfort, struggling to wash out his tangled hair and beard his arms grow tired, moving on to wash his body his hands fail to maintain grasp of the soap, the shower becomes a chore of will, finally achieving an acceptable level of clean he rinses off and shuts the water off, exhausted he dries himself and carefully exits the shower, now onto the arduous task of brushing out his hair and beard, then stumbling back to his bed where he struggles to pull on a clean undergarment his socks pants and shoes, he does a load of laundry and pours a cup of coffee then with great care he gently packs his pipe with scraps of tobacco, he pulls on his coat and slips out the door, the morning is chilly and damp as the sun begins to wake, as the world opens its eyes not a single soul cares for the hellish plight of life the old man must endure yet another day;

Die zudem gestreute Behauptung, dass eine solche Regelung bis zur Abschaffung der alten Wehrpflicht im Jahr 2011 ja auch bestanden habe, ist falsch. Diese galt explizit nur im sogenannten Spannungsfall und Kriegsfall. Die neue Regelung sol hingegen immer gelten!
Davon abgesehen ist der Verweis auf die Vergangenheit einer autoritären Übergriffigkeit kaum ein überzeugendes Argument, um ihre Fortsetzung zu rechtfertigen. Zumal bereits der Militär- und Wehrdienst und damit die mit psychischer und physischer Gewaltsamkeit verbundene Erniedrigung von Menschen zu staatlich verwendbaren Kanonenfutter, für jeden auch nur halbwegs vernünftigen Menschen abzulehnen ist.
Dass sich jetzt der Staat aber auch noch anzumaßen glaubt, einem größeren Teil der Bevölkerung vorschreiben zu wollen, beim Militär um Erlaubnis bitten zu müssen, bevor sie sich frei bewegen dürfen, zeigt dann immerhin ganz klar, wie diese "Freiheit" ganz konkret aussieht, die die Bundeswehr und die deutschen Regierungen zu verteidigen vorzugeben.

Vor einigen Tagen erregte ein Bericht der "Frankfurter Rundschau" Aufmerksamkeit, der darauf hinwies, dass das seit Januar bestehende Gesetz zur Wehrpflicht die Verpflichtung enthält, dass alle vom Staat als männlich definierten Menschen zwischen 17 und 45 Jahren erst beim Deutschen Militär eine Erlaubnis einholen müssen, wenn sie Deutschland für mehr als 3 Monate verlassen wollen.
Seither gab es einzelne Stellungnahmen und Rechtfertigungsversuche dieser stramm autoritären Übergriffigkeit. Diese sind wenig beruhigend und überzeugend.
Ein Sprecher des deutschen Kriegsministeriums wird von der 'Frankfurter Rundschau' folgendermaßen zitiert: 'Wir werden aber durch Verwaltungsvorschriften klarstellen, dass die Genehmigung als erteilt gilt, solange der Wehrdienst freiwillig ist.'
Dies ist kaum beruhigend, da die "Freiwilligkeit" des Wehrdienstes mit der Einführung der neuen Regelungen und einem Musterungszwang ab 2027 in Deutschland sowieso in Frage gestellt werden muss.
