I’ve been using Firestorm on Kubuntu (X11) and really enjoy it. I’m curious about the lack of Wayland support. Wayland has been stable for years, and many apps/games have made the switch.
Are there specific challenges for SL viewers (e.g., the viewer’s architecture, input methods, or GPU acceleration)? Or is it just not a priority yet? I’d love to understand the roadblocks.

Another problem with social media platforms like X (Twitter) is that they allow to quickly spread disinformation, distortion of history and denialism of historical facts. Yet, when someone is publishing accurate, factual information, trolls are rushing to mass report accounts and posts, which results in bans and suspensions. More than that, same trolls are freely harassing people by spreading hatred, using insults and inciting others to do the same.
Result? A toxic space where it is impossible to have normal discussions and connect with people. You can't build communities, allow ideas to flow freely and enjoy the time when the platform's algorithms and business model are built on hatred and disinformation.

Ein datenschutzfreundliches #Statistik-Tool für eine Webseite finden, dass möglichst ohne #Cookies und/oder #JavaScript auskommt und vor allem OHNE diesen #Docker Quatsch installierbar ist, erweist sich als schwieriger, als gehofft.

De todas formas le he dicho que inscribirse en una instancia no es un contrato de por vida y que hay opciones de mudarse manteniendo casi todo. Pero quiero hacer lo más fácil posible que encuentre la comunidad que busca... A ver si vuelvo a hacer un ingreso en cadena. We are pleased to attach this month’s report thanks to group member Lesley for the work in compiling it. Florida still features with Governor De Santis’ spate of executions, the highest in the State’s history, the disturbing number of executions in Iran to add to the slaughter of its citizens in the streets, and the discriminatory bill passed by the Knesset in Israel for the execution of Palestinians in the West Bank.
As ever we note that China does not feature despite executing more of its citizens than the rest of the world combined.
