Wyobraź sobie, że chcesz opublikować nowy, krótki materiał wideo, ale nie masz czasu na ustawianie kadru i nagrywanie przed kamerą. Google właśnie zaprezentowało rozwiązanie tego problemu.
W YouTube Shorts zadebiutowała funkcja cyfrowego klonowania twórcy za pomocą sztucznej inteligencji. Niestety, my znów musimy obejść się smakiem.
Sztuczna inteligencja coraz śmielej wkracza w narzędzia dla twórców internetowych, a YouTube nie zamierza zostawać w tyle. Platforma oficjalnie udostępnia zapowiadaną wcześniej nowość, która pozwala wygenerować fotorealistycznego awatara, wyglądającego i brzmiącego dokładnie tak, jak użytkownik.
Cyfrowy bliźniak w kilka chwil
Nowa funkcja opiera się na modelach generatywnych Google Veo. Aby stworzyć swojego cyfrowego odpowiednika, twórca musi przejść przez prosty proces w aplikacji YouTube. Wymaga on nagrania krótkiego „selfie wideo” oraz przeczytania kilku przygotowanych zdań, co pozwala algorytmom nauczyć się brzmienia naszego głosu.
Konfigurację przeprowadza się tylko raz. Po jej zakończeniu generowanie nowych filmów sprowadza się wyłącznie do wpisania odpowiedniego tekstu. Sztuczna inteligencja stworzy wówczas do 8 sekund płynnego wideo, na którym nasz awatar wypowie wskazane kwestie z zachowaniem naturalnej mimiki i odpowiedniego tonu. Poszczególne klipy można następnie łączyć w dłuższe materiały Shorts.
Bezpieczeństwo i europejska blokada
Oddanie w ręce użytkowników narzędzia do tak zaawansowanego klonowania wizerunku naturalnie rodzi pytania o bezpieczeństwo. YouTube zapewnia, że wprowadzono rygorystyczne zabezpieczenia:
- Awatara może stworzyć i wykorzystywać wyłącznie właściciel danego kanału.
- Każdy wygenerowany materiał będzie wyraźnie oznaczony znakami wodnymi (takimi jak technologia SynthID) oraz odpowiednimi etykietami informującymi widzów o użyciu sztucznej inteligencji.
- Model trwale usuwa dane po trzech latach braku aktywności ze strony twórcy.
Wdrożenie tej nowości zbiega się jednak z problemami, do których na Starym Kontynencie zdążyliśmy się już przyzwyczaić. Google potwierdziło, że funkcja trafia właśnie do użytkowników na całym świecie, ale ze względu na uwarunkowania prawne całkowicie omija Europę.
