My #Fediverse experience as of the time of writing and at least until April 17, 2026:
1. See interesting post in another instance.
2. Try to interact with it in my instance.
3. Get an error like the thing I was trying to see does not exist at all; as if the person had dropped off the face of earth.
This is because of an instance-wide Suspend that I have written about before. I am waiting for arbitration on this; after some grumbling and thinking (which you can see in my history and on Loomio) I think it is fine to wait for a relatively democratic process to settle the question.
