Die #DSGVO dürfte vielen ein Begriff sein. Mit dem #KDG (Kirchliches #Datenschutz Gesetz) hat die (katholische) #Kirche aber auch eine eigene Verordnung geschaffen. In weiten Teilen ist sie wohl an die DSGVO angepasst bzw. "in Einklang" gebracht worden.
Interessant ist noch, dass Art. 91 der EU-DSGVO es explizit Kirchen gestattet eigene Regeln anzuwenden. Was es nicht alles gibt ...
