💡Die Ingenieurstochter Liselotte Herrmann gehört zu den bekanntesten, auch gewerkschaftlich engagierten Frauen, die #Widerstand gegen den Nationalsozialismus leisteten und dies mit dem Leben bezahlen mussten. Sie studierte von 1929 bis 1931 an der Technischen Hochschule in #Stuttgart Chemie und ab 1931 Biologie in #Berlin. 1928 trat sie in den KJVD ein, wurde Mitglied des "Roten Studentenbundes" und im November 1931 auch KPD-Mitglied. Wegen ihrer politischen Tätigkeit wurde sie im Juli 1933 von der Universität verwiesen. Sie war in jener Zeit bereits Mitarbeiterin des geheimen militärischen Apparates der KPD. Nach der Geburt ihres Sohnes Walter kehrte sie im September 1934 nach Stuttgart zurück und arbeitete dort weiter in der illegalen KPD mit. Am 7. Dezember 1935 wurde sie verhaftet und am 12. Juni 1937 vom Volksgerichtshof wegen "Landesverrats und Vorbereitung zum Hochverrat" zum Tode verurteilt. Obwohl sich viele Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern für die junge Frau und Mutter eingesetzt haben, wurde sie am 20. Juni 1938 in Berlin-Plötzensee hingerichtet.
Gudrun Greth, die sich seit vielen Jahren ehrenamtlich in Stuttgart für die Erinnerungskultur engagiert, stellt ihre #Biographie vor.

Once again, #Fediverse crowd: What's the best way of adding user-centric feedback that might want to end up in a dedicated #FEP (and eventually get implemented at some point), assuming I'm in no way likely to draft a full specification or even implement this somewhere?
Situation, and given environment: Again and again I end up with wanting to use different federated platforms for different kinds of content. Like: Vernissage or a dedicated Mastodon profile for pictures. Peertube for videos. Friendica, or maybe at some point Ghost, for longer posts. Mastodon or something like that for microblogging. It would be good to encourage people to use the "right" tool for the right job. But using the right tool for the right job always comes with tremendous clutter: You end up following the same profiles over and over again. You end up seeing the same stuff in (n) different timelines on different platforms. You might even end up with people reaching out to contact you on (n) different platforms, subsequently leaving you in need to keep track of (n) different inboxes on all of these.
Clients can't really ease this well at the moment, and the servers / network doesn't support that either. What's missing, at this point, seems some way of "joining" different accounts on different platforms into one. Expectation would be, here: If "joining" my accounts (like, Vernissage, Friendica, Mastodon), I can post on each platforms just the way I'd like to, but I see the same notifications on all of these. I can respond to each and every notification transparently from whichever platform I am logged in to. I have a kind-of "unified" timeline that avoids me seeing the same content as "new" again on each of these platforms separately. This is a bit all along the lines of how Friendica does integrate Tumblr and Bluesky accounts, but for other AP platforms. At the moment, the load added / time needed to handle multiple accounts in parallel is one of the reasons I see people focussing essentially on Mastodon because it seems to work best for most and every additional account just adds much more complexity and friction than it provides real benefit.
No idea whether this is possible or desirable, and (given even some of the resistance against Hubzilla-style Nomadic Identity in pars of the Fediverse) don't see this happening anytime soon but still it would be interesting to try and ... well, leave this as kind of a "change" request somewhere out there.

Il dato torna con quanto inviato.

Den Begriff "stille SMS" kannte ich bisher nicht, sondern nur den Begriff #OTA(Over the air), die Mobilfunkbetreiber seit Jahrzehnten einsetzen um z.B. Handy's von neuen Kunden zu konfigurieren.
Aber natürlich kann man jede Technik auch missbrauchen.
Interessant finde ich in diesem Zusammenhang das Google Play Store und andere Android Apps wie WhatApps die Berechtigung "SMS" bei der Installation anfordern.
Sollte es also zu einer #Massenüberwachung der deutschen #Bevölkerung von #staatlicher Seite kommen, sind die #Einfaltstüren die #Android Apps die als Berechtigung SMS anfordern.

Ich denke, ich habe deutlich gemacht, wie wichtig es ist, die ethnisch-nationalistischen Migrantenlager in der abscheulich benannten Einrichtung „Alligator Alcatraz” in Florida als das zu bezeichnen, was sie sind: Konzentrationslager. Aber genauso wenig schließt die Existenz eines eigens errichteten Konzentrationslagers in den Everglades von Florida aus, dass bereits bestehende Migrantenkäfige in weitere Konzentrationslager umgewandelt werden. Während die Trump-Regierung und das Heimatschutzministerium daran arbeiten, den Zugang zu ICE-Haftanstalten zu beschränken, sickern immer wieder Berichte über die schrecklichen Zustände und Menschenrechtsverletzungen in diesen Einrichtungen durch. Dass diese Geschichten nicht so in die nationale Debatte einfließen wie die neue DeSantis-Dachau-Einrichtung im Sumpf, liegt wahrscheinlich daran, dass die US-Gesellschaft die Gestapo, ihren Migranten-Gefängniskomplex und die Idee, dass es okay ist, Menschen allein aufgrund der Tatsache, dass sie zufällig auf der falschen Seite einer imaginären Linie geboren wurden, zu kriminalisieren und zu brutalisieren, völlig normalisiert hat. In diesem Sinne ist „Alligator Alcatraz“ etwas „Besonderes“, weil das Trumpenreich praktisch laut schreit: „Wir haben absichtlich ein Konzentrationslager gebaut“, während die schrecklichen, konzentrationslagerähnlichen Bedingungen in „normalen“ Migrantenlagern in Texas, Louisiana oder Florida zum Beispiel einfach „Business as usual“ sind. Wie ein aktueller Menschenrechtsbericht über drei weitere Migrantenhaftanstalten in Florida zeigt, ist jedoch nichts „normal” an der Art und Weise, wie das Trumpenreich und seine Gestapo die Inhaftierten in diesen Einrichtungen behandeln. Eine Koalition von Menschenrechtsorganisationen hat Berichte von ehemaligen Häftlingen, Einwanderungsanwälten und Familienangehörigen von Menschen in den Käfigen gesammelt und Beweise für Überbelegung, absichtliche Grausamkeit und institutionalisierte Entmenschlichung gefunden, die für die Opfer der Gestapo genau die gleichen Bedingungen und Gefahren schaffen, die dazu führen, dass die Leute „Alligator Alcatraz“ mit voller historischer Gewichtung als Konzentrationslager bezeichnen.„Migranten in einem Einwanderungsgefängnis in Miami wurden mit hinter dem Rücken gefesselten Händen angekettet und mussten „wie Hunde” auf den Knien von Styropor-Tellern essen, heißt es in einem am Montag veröffentlichten Bericht über die Bedingungen in drei überfüllten Einrichtungen im Süden Floridas.
Der Vorfall in der Haftanstalt der Bundesbehörden in der Innenstadt ist einer von vielen mutmaßlichen Misshandlungen in Haftanstalten der Einwanderungs- und Zollbehörde (ICE) in diesem Bundesstaat seit Januar, die von den Menschenrechtsorganisationen Human Rights Watch, Americans for Immigrant Justice und Sanctuary of the South anhand von Interviews mit Inhaftierten dokumentiert wurden.”
