When #Threads first came out, I signed in to poke it with a stick. Then you couldn't delete the profile without deleting your full Insta account. At some point this was changed - glad to get rid of that baggage.
I did try using it a little, even today. I said something like "a reactor has been the plan for a moon base" and "the US launched one in the 60s" and someone freaked out and yelled at me and then blocked me, so that was fun.

With #Tor #Peertube can't really do much more than mediagoblin without requiring all sorts of browser extensions (I don't think they've done that), but with #I2P I think they could just generate magnet links to put into i2psnark.
Sure that's not 100% seamless but it would work pretty well.
