I queried our database housing European #mobility data we have collected from #Twitter over the years, and I am surprised by how popular that platform has been in #Türkiye (or #Turkey) since 2012, or I should say, how popular it has been to add geotags the tweets over there. I wonder why?
We have over 226 million mobility trajectories that start in Türkiye, which easily beats the UK with their 176 million trajectories, Spain with their 113 million, France with their 69 million.

Cancelled my/our #dockerhub team subscription renewal (and migration) today, as the new pricing would result in a 3x increase (from $300 to $900). But aside from this, the actual (spicy) reason to do so was this one:
Before, the "team" subscription included 5 seats, even if not used.
Now, every seats gets billed the same way as the whole subscription before, i.e. ~ 30/month.
However, DockerHub does not just charge one for the occupied seats, the new pricing model will migrate by default to 5 users (even if unused!), resulting in an automatic renewal of $900 total/year!
One has to actively "deselect" the unused seats to reduce the pricing.
I almost missed that and find this practice quite sketchy.
A proper way would be to only renew for the used seats and even if, make it crystal clear to subscribers that their price is now X times the one before for the upcoming auto-renewal.
It is so easy to overlook and I wonder how many accounts will fall into this "trap".
I have now deployed my own Harbor registry, where I can have unlimited seats and only pay for the storage and bandwidth.

Wäre die (gleichberechtigt aufgeteilte) Karenzplanung danach für Eltern ebenso einfach wie der Papamonat, würden vielleicht auch ein paar mehr Väter in Karenz gehen (auch über ihre 2 minimalen Monate hinaus beim einkommensabhängigen Kinderbetreuungsgeld). Das ist zumindest mein fester Glaube.
