Eine Zeit voll Stress …
Hallöchen meine Lieben, eine Zeit voll Stress, gesundheitlichen Problemen und Prüfungen hat seine Spuren hinterlassen und ich versuche gerade wieder zu Kräften zu kommen.
Klar, ich bin ein optimist und sehe auch in den schlimmsten Dingen noch etwas positives, als Chance, als Neubeginn oder als „Das muss so sein, das ist das Leben“.
Doch die letzten Wochen waren ein wenig härter als ich mir das vorgestellt habe und ich muss damit irgendwo hin, nun … jetzt sitze ich hier und schreibe mir „die Dinge“ von der Seele.
Und nun auch ein wenig erfreuliches, ich habe die Kraft und die Lust morgen den Stream anzuwerfen und Spaß zu haben. 🤗

The initiating event for the creation of what became Bluesky and AT protocol was the recognition that no centralized entity could create and manage a single community for everyone.
I don't agree with all their mod decisions, but I _understand_ them and avoid known triggers on a PDS they control.
Anything with a whiff of death threats is going to do it. We all know that by now, right? It's like the ur-example for why centralized moderation is a problem. They don't know you or your context. They have to err on the side of caution even if it looks silly to people with that context.
I really hope the self-hosting story is finished by the time certain famous bigots croak and I can be on my own PDS and most people are on an AppView and relay that aligns with their community's needs.
And that's all I'm going to say.

Release v2.4.9 of Ktistec fixes two significant bugs. From the changelog:
- Don't reset
next_attempt_atin tasks when server restarts. - Fix incorrect syntax for inline tags in Slang templates.
The first bug resulted in server maintenance tasks running immediately, every time the server restarted, and then beginning their cadence of scheduled runs from there. The second bug surfaced after I released a new version of Slang that itself included a bug fix.
