Zur Reform der politischen Parteien
Ich versuche im Folgenden die Informationsverarbeitungsleistung einer politischen Partei als ihre eigentlich interessante und wesentliche „demokratische“ Funktion herauszustellen. Ich vertrete die These, dass ca. bis in die 1980er Jahre dies ihr Wesenskern gewesen ist. Die Entwicklung seither ist im Grunde eine Art von Verfall und Bedeutungsverlust. Ich frage mich, wie wir zum informationsverarbeitenden Wesenskern des politischen Vereins zurückkehren und stelle dazu eine erste Überlegung an. Dazu vermute ich, dass Entwicklungen innerhalb bereits existierender #Parteien in diese Richtung begrüßenswert wären, man darauf aber weder zu hoffen noch zu warten braucht. Es wird schön sein, sobald es sich ergibt, aber ich bezweifle, dass es innerhalb des Bestands Anreize und interessiertes Personal gibt, es ernsthaft anzugehen. Auch braucht man sich glaube ich nicht damit aufhalten, gegen irgendwelche „Widerstände“ innerhalb existierender Organisationen das Notwendige zu tun. Ich schlage vor, die Widerständler einfach weiter allein in ihren kontinuierlich ausblutenden Parteiruinen hocken zu lassen. Ich vermute, dass die Reform durch Innovation von außen kommen wird, sodass die Parteien im Bestand sich dann auf Nachahmung und Iteration der ihr vorgelebten Beispiele werden konzentrieren können. Erst dann nämlich wird jenes Personal erwachen, das innerhalb der bestehenden Parteien darauf spezialisiert ist, möglichst gefahrlos opportune Dinge zu tun, vorrangig um sich ins rechte Licht zu rücken. In seinem Buch „Hitlers willige Vollstrecker“ versuchte Daniel Goldhagen vor fast 30 Jahren den #Holocaust zu erklären. Eine seiner Thesen war, dass der #Antisemitismus in #Deutschland fest verwurzelt ist und nur auf den Anbruch seiner Zeit gewartet hatte: „Eine Gesellschaft, die sich [wie Deutschland zwischen 1933 und 1945] mit Herz und Seele zum Antisemitismus bekennt, wird wohl auch antisemitisch sein.“
Das Buch musste sich (kaum überraschend) heftiger Kritik aussetzen, die ihm u.a. mangelnde Wissenschaftlichkeit vorwarf.
Ich muss immer an diese These denken, wenn ich mich frage, warum die #AfD so erfolgreich ist.
