После начала Специальной Военной Операции многие западные компании объявили о прекращении своей деятельности в России и Белоруссии и некоторые из них стали блокировать пользователям с российскими и белорусскими IP-адресами доступ на свои ресурсы в сети Интернет. Яркими примерами таких блокировок являются сайты: intel.com , dell.com , chatgpt.com , community.cisco.com , mongodb.com , tenable.com , wiki.zimbra.com , releases.hashicorp.com , registry.terraform.io , vagrantcloud.com , solarwinds.com и множество других. Такие блокировки мешают IT-специалистам из России и Белоруссии получать доступ к актуальной информации и программному обеспечению необходимому для обучения и работы. Препятствуют получению актуальных релизов программных продуктов и критических обновлений безопасности, что в условиях участившихся хакерских атак стало особенно важным. Также, в качестве упражнений для ума, можно поизучать вопросы о допустимости дискриминации по национальному признаку и принципе сетевой нейтральности. В этой статье будет рассказано о том, как сконфигурировать роутеры марки Keenetic (возможно и других марок, поддерживающих установку пакетов из репозитория Entware ) для развертывания на них программного пакета обеспечивающего расширенное управление маршрутизацией. Будет приведена инструкция как установить на роутер Telegram-бота для быстрого и удобного управления маршрутизацией трафика. Uhm... Tavis Ormandy works for Google, that is responsible of some of the aggressive crawlers Anubis try to block.
Whatever he writes on his blog should be read within such cultural frame.
Maybe they will soon enable #JS execution in crawlers, but if Anubis get massive adoption, #AI crawling will becomes much more expensive. Consider they will also have to avoid smarter guys trying polluting their models. So all, in all, I still think Anubis is a good idea.
Also, if they enable JS in the crawlers, I'm going to turn them into #bitcoin miners.
That might the very first use case for a #cryptocurrency since 2008!
I'm notoriously a #blockchain mocker, considering the whole technology stack as a large-scale scam-factory framework.
But getting money out of #Google, #Amazon, #Facebook and similar #BigTech might be the very first legit and useful use case for a miner since bitcoin invention.

#NextCloud really drove me angry. They simply choose to ignore accessibility concerns in favor of so-called "security". It's absolutely none of their business to protect users from viruses and trojans, and saying that "We can't allow one-press copy public link because a script can call this API" is total BS, because in this case any attacker script has access to every file on that PC! Great job, NextCloud, great job. Whenever someone tells me once more about "giving up big corporations", I'll point them to this issue.
