Wenn die Timelines in den einzelnen Instanzen soweit nicht funktionieren, dass Follower sich mit ihren Beiträgen gegenseitig nicht sehen, ist das für mich eine Erklärung, warum immer wieder Menschen die es hier im Fediverse versucht haben, zu den althergebrachten Bigtech-Plattformen mangels Aufmerksamkeit und Anerkennung mittels Teilen/Favorisieren, zurückkehren.

Update on using RenderingServer in #godot #gdscript
I spent the day writing a swarm renderer including a collision quad tree and pooling of render items.
I think for what I want to do this is the way to go.
Move, transform, modulate, attack of 5k items @ 100 fps and 10k @ 50-65
Instead of physics collisions I use the quad-tree to find items in a radius around the attack position.
Items are never being released instead just set to invisible and being ignored in the tree selection.

Content warning:Ranting about romance scammers and old traumas
I knew that I was being catfished and I was waiting for this fucker to ask for money. Just waiting. That way I had proof of their intentions to scam me out of money & I could report their messages to WhatsApp. I have no idea if WhatsApp actually will do anything about it tbh but the satisfaction of knowing the truth is enough for me. Thank god I was only talking to this person for a few weeks so I didn’t get very attached. Considering my several months long catfish situation five years ago though I feel sick to my stomach. That person never asked me for money but they definitely lied about who they were. This reopens some old wounds for sure. That incident back then was some of the worst pain I’d ever felt. I swear it felt like physical pain as well. I just wanna be loved. People who prey on those who are lonely (and typically insecure/and/or unattractive & not getting any,) are the most cowardly, disgusting monsters. Catfish and romance scammers should all be punished. Sadly only the latter can get you into legal trouble.

Gerade bei #Revolut entdeckt, dass die digitale Einmal-Karten haben.
Das ist gar nicht doof.
Für eine Zahlung ( nur einmalig), kann man eine Art "digitale WegwerfKarte" erfassen und damit bezahlen.
Wird die Nr.von der Karte abgefangen, kann ein Täter damit nichts anfangen für weitere Zahlungen.

Hab das Limit meiner normalen Visa da gerade hoch genug gesetzt, damit die Zahlungen an Rakuten raus können.
Demnächst teste ich mal die Webanwendung zu Revolut.

All of these countries have strong protections for freedom of speech, including speech that defends and promotes minority rights — such as LGBTQ+ rights. Domain registration is open to everyone... You don’t need to be a citizen or own a business in any of these countries.
I would also add an optional, alternative:
.de (Germany, with registrar help * )
* Germany technically allows anyone with verified contact details within the country to register a domain. Many registrars offer this as a service. However, you should ensure your domain registrar is located outside U.S. jurisdiction.

Now with custom density field based on 2D simplex noise. The algorithm is very simple:
for each voxel:
sample density field at all 8 corners
if some are above and some below threshold:
place a billboard particle at a random position in this voxel
Right now it's implemented in GDScript so I can't go bigger than shown here (even this is a slideshow), but a compute shader should make quick work out of it and allow for dynamic changes to the clouds.
