The tipping point into total fascism was the appointment of corrupt fascist Supreme Court "justices" who enabled the insurrectionist to establish a dictatorship by granting him full immunity. That was the turning point, along with the fact that a convicted felon insurrectionist can run for president.
Given the deliberately inept way the US stages its elections, welcomes gerrymandering and tolerates the electoral college, American democracy was always a contradiction in terms. But when armed, masked gangs start abducting people off the streets, what else can you call it but American fascism?
Now after eight months, 77 million people's massive campaign of ethnic cleansing against the remaining 270 million, republican nazis have made it quite clear that democracy plays no role in this regime.

Ich beginne dann mal mit den wichtigsten Aufräumarbeiten hier...
Währenddessen erzähle ich Euch noch eine Geschichte - die basiert lose auf imaginären Begebenheiten.
Es war einmal ein Jüngling, nennen wir ihn Duderich Erichsen.
Duderich hat viel Ehrgefühl und sieht es nicht gerne, wenn man ihm Dinge an den Kopf schmeißt, die zwar mutmaßlich wahr sind, er sich aber in seiner Ehre verletzt fühlt.
Duderich zeigt sich gerne als wirkungsvolle linke und antifaschistische Persönlichkeit. Er schreibt viel und gerne zu diesem Themen.
Nun begab es sich aber, dass Duderich eines Tages verbal von einer ebenfalls antifaschistischen Person verbal herausgefordert wurde, aber er wusste sich nicht mehr zu helfen und schrieb der königlichen Leibgarde eine Botschaft - oder es war einer seiner Jünger*innen. Das kann niemand mehr so genau wissen.
Man solle der aufmüpfigen Person zeigen wo der Hammer hängt.
Und die Leibgarde des Königs sah, dass es endlich wieder auf eine Antifa, so nannten sich diese aufmüpfigen Personen, einprügeln konnte.
So machen sie sich auf dem Weg zum besetzten Haus der Stadt, traten die Türe ein und verängstigten den Besitzer so sehr, dass er sich gezwungen sah, nachdem er mit vorgehaltener Waffe die Informationen zu dem gesuchten Schwerverbrecher - so hieß es - das Haus abzufackeln.
Was lernen wir daraus?
Keine Ahnung, aber ich kann den Duderich nach dieser Geschichte auch echt nicht mehr leiden.

I wonder when the so-called Dead Internet Theory (more of Dead Internet Eldritch Curse) first embraced the #fediverse. Because, now, #mastodon (and, by extension, all the other #microblogging platforms) offers this awesome feature of bots talking to other bots, so you won't miss this lovely aspect from the mainstream social media...
Didn't see it yet for #threadiverse but I bet it happens there, too... After all, there are entire instances and communities dedicated for bots to post, so I can imagine a scenario of a bot posting a thread that happens to include a YouTube video just for the thread to be replied by that Invidious bot that goes by "I found a YouTube link in your post" and/or another automod bot.

Created a landing page with #Jekyll and CI/CD from a #git repo on my #Forgejo instance. Created logo with Inkscape. Added letsencrypt certificate. Put it on my VPS (Virtual Private Server) running Red Hat Enterprise Linux, (#RHEL) where it is now served with #Nginx. Git repo mirrored to #Codeberg so all can join. In under 8h.

First, #Bluesky corp shadowbanned my account about 6 hours ago (more or less).
A few minutes ago, they completely suspended the account.
Reason? Unknown.
They claim:
1. They don't do shadowbanning. But they actually do, you'll get flagged with a hidden label "needs-review".
2. They claim "needs-review" is for accounts with suspicious activities like harassing people (not guilty), scamming (not guilty), suspicious (not guilty).
But they suspend you any way.
Oh, the account is hosted on an independent PDS. Yes, ATmosphere network suspension rest on Bluesky corps shoulders. All ATproto roads lead to Bluesky corp.
If you don't have any connection to the powers-that-be, it's more likely goodbye data. So much for championing "portability" and "owning your data". 🤷🏽
For sure the reason will be "it's automated" again, we've heard that since 2024 and it's still a very faulty "automated system" that produces high false positives.

📙 Reuse existing Extbase controller
Since TYPO3 10.0 it is possible, actually necessary, to use FQCN (=Fully Qualified Class Names) for controllers when configuring plugins and modules. This provides a new benefit in terms of reusing and sharing code between different extensions.
This blog post will explain the benefit and provide an outlook in a possible future of TYPO3 Extbase extensions.
