The #USA blew up another boat in the Eastern Pacific on Sunday, killing 5 people.
They struck two boats, claiming without evidence that the boaters were "narco-terrorists." One boater reportedly survived.
"After the strikes, Southern Command said it notified the U.S. Coast Guard to launch a search and rescue mission for the survivor. There was no immediate word on the status of that search."

I just received an… abuse report from @edbees claiming the video below “Casus belli - who needs this war?” (2022) is “western and nazi propaganda”, period. He also left a comment under the video, quote, “fuck the banderite nazis”.

The film is primarily about the #Russia invasion on #Georgia in 2008, how Russia manipulated the international opinion and how UN and some Western politicians (notably Nicolas Sarkozy) covered up for grave violations of international law by Russia - for example, ignoring presence of Russian troops spotted by journalists at places where they absolutely shouldn’t be according to international agreements. There’s nothing “Nazi” or “Banderite” in the movie, mostly because it covers the period before Russian propaganda started even using the term.
The edbees user will be therefore banned for false reporting and hateful comments. The tankie.tube instance is self-described “leftist community” but the behaviour of its admin brings shame to anyone with actual leftist views. Since the instance also spreads Russian propaganda (a whole channel posting videos like “Special project: Ukrainian anti-Christs”), I will #FediBlock the whole tankie.tube on my instances and I encourage everyone to do the same.

Das stimmt schon, dennoch führt das Mehrheitswahlrecht m.E. unter den Bedingungen von Digitalisierung auf Ebene von Nationalstaaten (weniger bei Kommunen!) stärker zu Polarisierung und also einem Verlust der Mitte.
Denn schon Kandidierende müssen sich in ihren Parteiblasen durchsetzen und also besonders scharf auftreten.
Kannst Du sogar im #Fediverse beobachten: Moderate & dialogische Stimmen gelten sogar auf #Mastodon vielen als „nicht gut genug“.
Diese Polarisierungs-Effekte sehen wir m.E. sehr stark in den #USA & in #Grossbritannien. Und Magyar (EVP!) setzte dagegen in #Ungarn einen gezielten Mitte-Kurs.

Wenn man sein #Patreon Konto löschen will, muss man dafür eine #Datenschutz-Anfrage auf Löschung stellen, sagt Patreon selbst in der FAQ.
Damit die Daten gelöscht werden, muss man erst zustimmen, dass sie an eine externe Firma namens #Transcend weitergegeben werden, die das Löschen organisiert.
Das kann doch nicht legal sein.
