Another night of terror for Ukraine. Another proof that Russia disregards peace efforts and steps toward ending the war.
Kyiv. Kremenchuk. Dnipro. Kryvyi Rih. Zaporizhzhia. Odesa. At least two people killed – a 32-year-old woman and her two-month-old son. More than 20 people were injured.
Over 800 drones and missiles launched – a new “anti-record” of Russia’s attempts to kill as many Ukrainians as possible. For the first time since February 24, 2022, Russia damaged the Ukrainian Government building in Kyiv.
Instead of reciprocating peace efforts and agreeing to a leaders’ meeting, Putin rejects real diplomacy and seeks to increase the death toll.
Each such attack is possible because Russia still has the means to wage this war. Devastating sanctions, maximum pressure, as well as maximum strengthening of Ukraine’s capabilities are needed. There is no more time to wait.

#Fediverse, and especially #Mastodon #admins: Either add #HouseRules that side with specific groups because you have principles and stand by them – or just leave it. Don't set up surveys to figure out whether you should have such house rules. Your house rules are understood as a statement of your stance.
The self-proclaimed majority never cares, but always questions the lived experiences of others, and is reliably outspoken on why "such things" aren't even worth mentioning at all, on your platform. I've yet to see any survey post that doesn't get flooded with "replies" that demonstrate nothing but ignorance, born out of privilege.
Even worse: I've seen admins periodically posting surveys on such matters. It's a clear sign that what are needs and rights of some are merely tokens in a debate, to them. It deeply disappoints and frustrates those who thought they had an #ally, and are now learning that the respective admins are among those who don't mind seeing questioned, in public, the essence of what and how they are.

Ugh. Created an issue for one of my packages. Mostly for me but I appreciate contributions.
A few minutes after I created it I got a pull request. Looks completely like AI slop, ignores Laravel conventions, ignores that Laravel has cache built in and is pretty much just terrible.
I hate this. I got contributions to packages in the past and it felt great that people care. But this feels so bad. I don't want AI slop devs to "contribute".
