The USS George H.W. Bush (CVN-77) has entered the Mediterranean Sea via the Strait of Gibraltar, becoming the third U.S. Navy aircraft carrier in the region alongside the USS Gerald R. Ford and USS Abraham Lincoln.
The Nimitz-class carrier is expected to reach the eastern Mediterranean and the area of operations in approximately 4–5 days. This timing places its arrival before the scheduled end of the current two-week U.S.-Iran ceasefire.

Finally, Soulscircuit - the two-man startup behind the Pilet 5 and Pilet 7 handheld #RaspberryPi console things - has announced that it's scrapped the original designs for a move to the Compute Module 5.
Which leaves everyone who backed the #crowdfunding campaign and bought (or already had) a Raspberry Pi 5 for it up Schitt's Creek, to coin a phrase and name-drop a comedy. It's already nearly a year overdue, too. Backers are displeased.

I had a really deflating open source experience just now. I started writing user stories in the django-simple-deploy docs. I opened an issue to track the work, and added the "good first issue" and "help wanted" labels.
It's a good first issue because a new contributor can skim our user stories, get a clear sense of who we're serving, ask relevant questions, and maybe help further articulate typical uses. Help wanted, because I want others' perspectives in these stories.

To save resources, we can look into alternatives like Chris Proctor's pybtex-apa7-style #Python plugin for #APA7. I have adapted his plugin in a script with widgets for reuse in Colab:
