In today's #Python adventure, I fixed #bugs in someone's specialized library for interacting with a well-known #GraphQL #API endpoint. Bugs about passing the token correctly, and formatting the body of the request. Describing the very young library as #alpha quality may be flattery. After I squished those bugs, the rest of the library saved me from writing a lot of #boring code and it got me the answers I needed. I see a #pullrequest in someone's future.

I was incensed when I saw the few little grey celled brigade (otherwise known as flag-shaggers) have put St Georges flags on lampposts in my village) then I thought about having St George as a Patron Saint, and sort of laughed. I have a garden that borders a green area and for years (including during covid) have decorated it at Significant times (Christmas cheer/summer etc.). I'm getting on a bit so wasn't going to bother this year but after seeing that, I've ordered Peace flags, (including banners with Lennon's Imagine words) on, etc., so I'll struggle, but will do a peace theme this coming festive season.
