Receitas médicas falsas crescem e ameaçam saúde no Brasil
A situação das vendas facilitadas de medicamentos e receitas médicas falsificadas no Brasil tem se tornado cada vez mais alarmante. É o que revela um levantamento realizado pelo g1, em parceria com Ergon Cugler, pesquisador do CNPq vinculado ao Laboratório de Estudos sobre Desordem Informacional e Políticas Públicas (DesinfoPop/CEAPG/FGV). O estudo aponta que a quantidade de anúncios relacionados a remédios e documentos médicos adulterados aumentou mais de 20 vezes desde 2018 no Telegram – passando de 686 para mais de 15 mil publicações anuais no país.
Outro aspecto que chama a atenção é o uso indevido de dados de médicos brasileiros em documentos fraudulentos, que são explorados para a comercialização de receitas e medicamentos, principalmente aqueles que exigem prescrição para serem adquiridos.
Vinícius Serra, professor de direito da UniFacimp WydenO professor de direito da UniFacimp Wyden, Vinicius Serra, explica que existem leis que tratam da comercialização de medicamentos sem autorização, bem como da falsificação de receitas e atestados médicos. Por exemplo, o Código Penal, em seus Artigos nº 298 e nº 304, aborda a falsificação e o uso de documentos falsos, incluindo atestados e prescrições médicas. Já a Lei nº 11.343/2006, conhecida como Lei de Drogas, prevê sanções rigorosas para o comércio clandestino de substâncias controladas, enquanto a Lei nº 6.437/1977 tipifica infrações sanitárias relacionadas à produção, distribuição e propaganda irregular de medicamentos.
“Esse tipo de conduta pode resultar em pena de um a cinco anos de reclusão, além de multa. O comércio ilegal de medicamentos sem registro ou controle da Anvisa é punido com reclusão de até 15 anos, dependendo da substância e do contexto. Quem produz ou distribui atestados falsos também pode responder por exercício ilegal da medicina, crime que prevê detenção de seis meses a dois anos”, completa o docente.
Em resumo, o professor ressalta que não se trata apenas de uma conduta irregular: é uma prática criminosa que ameaça a saúde pública, fragiliza a confiança nas instituições médicas e exige ação coordenada do Estado. As punições podem variar desde sanções administrativas até penas de prisão, justamente para desestimular um mercado que coloca vidas em risco.
Vidas em risco
Maria Simone, professora do Idomed FameacPara falar sobre a ameaça à saúde pública causada por essas condutas ilegais, a farmacologista clínica e professora da Faculdade de Medicina de Açailândia, Idomed Fameac, Maria Simone Mignoni, afirma que a prescrição de receituário falso é ilegal e pode acarretar diversos riscos, trazendo consequências graves e impacto negativo à saúde do indivíduo que se expõe a esse perigo. “A população que adquire receitas controladas ilegalmente se expõe a fatores de risco como: reações adversas, efeitos tóxicos, alergias, interações medicamentosas, efeito rebote, dependência, resistência microbiana, entre outros”, complementa.
“É importante que as pessoas entendam que o medicamento, se usado de forma incorreta, torna-se nocivo, pois o que determina o efeito terapêutico da droga é a sua dose, e todo fármaco tem uma dose letal”, explica Maria Simone.
É possível notar o golpe?
Com a modernização dos softwares de consultas online e das receitas digitais, torna-se cada vez mais difícil identificar prescrições falsas ou adulteradas nas farmácias. No entanto, alguns cuidados podem ser adotados no momento da liberação dos medicamentos para detectar inconsistências, como ausência da assinatura do profissional prescritor, erros ortográficos ou informações incompletas, além de posologia e tempo de tratamento incompatíveis com o legalmente permitido. Algumas ferramentas digitais de validação também podem ser utilizadas, como o acesso ao QR Code da receita, que permite rastrear sua autenticidade, no caso das prescrições digitais.
Por fim, Maria Simone aponta alguns caminhos que podem ajudar a combater esse tipo de fraude e a facilitação de acesso indevido aos medicamentos. Entre eles, estão medidas regulatórias, como a exigência de verificação de identidade/licenciamento para telemedicina e prescrição médica, a adoção de auditorias internas nas farmácias para identificar receitas fraudulentas e a aplicação de penalidades a quem fraudar ou adquirir prescrições ilegais. “Tudo isso deve ser feito visando à maior segurança dos pacientes, evitando danos causados por falsos diagnósticos ou prescrições fraudulentas”, conclui a docente.

Sein längerem schon gibt es diese Starterpacks für Masto #^https://fedidevs.com/starter-packs/ die Fedi Neulingen den Einstig erleichtern können in dem mit einem Klick viele thematisch ausgewählte Kontakte hinzugefügt werden können und dadurch die Timeline gleich belebt wird.
Für Hubzilla gab es so was nicht - aber heute habe ich mal versucht so was nachzubauen - und ich meine es funktioniert.
Zum Test habe ich ein erstes Starterpack mit allen Fedi Kanälen aller OffentlichRechtlichen Rundfunksender zusammengeschnürt. Es handelt sich um einen HZ Kanal in dem die entsprechenden Channels mit der HZ APP "Kanal-Quellen"
/sources weiter geteilt werden. Wenn Ihr dieses Starterpack mit mir testen wollt fügt einfach folgende Adresse zu euren Kontakten unter /connections hinzu:@Starterpack-ÖRR // #^https://im.allmendenetz.de/@starterpack-orr
Die ÖRR Fedi Kanäle kommen dann alle "via Starterpack-ÖRR" bei euch in der Timeline an.
Wenn Ihr einzelne Kanäle nicht sehen wollte nutzt die Blockfunktion mit einem Klick auf das Avatar und dann auf "Vollständig Blockieren" .
Wenn euch nach einer Weile einzelne Kanäle gefallen könnt ihr diese einzeln folgen - wieder mit einem Klick auf das Avatar und dann auf "Verbinden".
