Опиняється, в Німеччині для гормонального трансгендерного переходу може бути потрібний рекомендаційний лист від психіатра/психотерапевта. З ним ти можеш піти до ендокринолога/інший лікар, котрий відповідає за гормональні зміни. З цим листом ендокринолог може одобрити тобі перехід і вуаля — після потрібних аналізів та чекапів тобі виписують гормони!

Я думав, що я чекатиму цього ще рік мінімум, але ні, мій рекомендаційний лист буде готовий вже в кінці цього місяця/початку наступного!

Тепер, проблема полягає у тому, що це Німеччина, а моя німецька все ще рівня А2. Тому мені потрібно знайти транс-френдлі ендокринолога, котрий розмовляє англійською і бажано не за три пизди від мене. Знайти транс-френдлі це трохи квест, але я справлюся
