Palestine Action activists, Charlotte Head, Samuel Corner and Leona Kamio, were all acquitted at Woolwich Crown Court on Monday, 13 April.
The three had already defeated the charges when a jury refused to convict them. However, the Starmer regime ordered a retrial and was ‘secretly’ charging them with terrorism by linking the ordinary criminal charges to supposed terrorism, without informing the jury, to allow for longer sentences”

Human zoos is just one example. Even in places where these zoos existed, there is not even acknowledgement of the crimes, and these crimes are buried and hidden away. we are a group of friends who have been supporting our friend Ibrahim and his family in Gaza for the past two years. We’ve been raising funds through various channels, but the current situation means our efforts are no longer enough.
Now we want to relaunch this campaign to help Ibrahim open a grocery store and thereby contribute to the reconstruction and economic self-sufficiency of the people of Gaza. We’ll be sharing more here soon, along with materials and updates.

I just saw a UFO / UAP. 😮
Tonight is trash night, and I forgot to take out the trash. So, at around 1:30 AM, I tried to be as quiet as possible as I wheeled out both my recycling bin and trash bins (cutting across the yard instead of wheeling them across the driveway).
It was all bright white, lit up, very large, and wide, and from a distance it almost looked flat as a pancake at first. But then I noticed it had some height — though not much — and that made it look more cigar-shaped. It moved from right to left, then ducked behind the treeline.
My first two thoughts were: 1) it's moving away from me, followed by 2) I wish I had my phone, because no one is going to believe this. 😅
All things considered, I felt calm and didn’t get excited. Kind of one of those moments when you shrug and just carry on with your business. For the first 2–3 seconds, I was thinking, “Oh, cool, a UFO,” and after that, I felt no different than if I had spotted a hot air balloon. I always imagined I would be more surprised, but in truth, I felt more accepting of the fact. 🤷

Wer wenig Bücher liest, sich wenig für historische Geschichte interessiert und sein Weltbild vorrangig über den Konsum und Bespielung von #Social-Media, #Instagram und #TikTok entwickelt, wird natürlich enttäuscht werden müssen. Die echte reale Welt ist eben ganz anders, viel härter u. brutaler als auf Social-Media. Da muss man enttäuscht werden. Es entsteht eine Unfähigkeit, sich mit der echten Welt auseinanderzusetzen. Qt6.10.3 is released to the Haiku public now (64bit and 32bit)! This brings us up to current status on Qt6.
After having spend a few years I guess on updating this from 6.8.0 up to 6.11.0 (last one still has some issues) it was time to release the latest stable here.
