Part of the draw of going back to freelancing was the chance to contribute to #opensource projects again. I discovered that some projects on #github were using the tag "good first issue" to pick up drive-by contributors.
It's a little klunky looking for that tag on Github directly. After some searching I bumped into goodfirstissues.com and goodfirstissue.dev
I've spotted a couple that I'd like to try to tackle. I'll report back if I have any success.
