When I recently migrated instances I learned hashtags were not moved as part of the process which ended up being a tedious en-devour.
To help others in the future I tossed together a web app that will let you copy hashtags from one server to another.
There's no code that will remove or delete tags so those still have to be manually managed in your instance, but hopefully this saves someone the headache one day down the road as they move instances.

We had to halt multiple #decisionScience projects when a Research Project Manager completed their doctorate. Why? Because #USCIS simply isn't processing #OPT applications — and #H1B processing is taking waaaaay longer than normal times. In the past year, the #UnitedStates multiplied this loss of #innovation and #productivity by HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS! And with no detectable benefit to #security, etc.
Naturally, the highest-skilled foreign nationals are taking their skills to other countries, contributing to further #brainDrain from the #USA.

Das sind wohl die zwei Seiten einer Medaille. META ist eine typisch amerikanische Firma. Gewalt in Wort und Bild, rechtsradikale Propaganda, Hasspostings: alles erlaubt und durch "Free Speech" (Redefreiheit) geschützt. Aber wehe, irgendwo ist ein Stücken 'zu viel' nackte Haut zu sehen! Dann schlägt der Zensur-Hammer aber unerbittlich zu.
