Die geheimen Vorzüge von Olaf Scholz treten langsam zutage. Wenn Sie den heutigen Bundeskanzler und seinen Vorgänger vergleichen: war Olafs Schweigen nicht eine Wohltat? Und vielleicht war das Nicht-Erklären seiner Politik ein Akt innerer Verzweiflung? Als Juso hatte er noch versucht, der Öffentlichkeit den staatsmonopolistischen Kapitalismus begreiflich zu machen. Und war daran, wie fast alle, die es versuchten, fundamental gescheitert. Olaf Scholz war und ist ein lernendes System. Das würde ich bei Friedrich Merz anzweifeln. Und bei den IT-Multimilliardären der Gegenwart erst recht.
Ausser offenbar der Apple-Konzern. Ben Schwan/heise berichtet intensiv, und das lässt mich schon seit längerem aufmerken: “Apples KI-Strategie: Spielt Tim Cook ‘3D-Schach’? – Abermilliarden setzen Firmen wie Google, Meta oder Microsoft in Hyperscaler, während Apple extrem knausrig ist. Ist Tim Cooks Zurückhaltung klug?”
Sicher ist: die KI-Blase wird platzen. Eines Tages. Aber niemand weiss, wann der kommt. Auch Apple nicht. Es ist Poker. Glücksspiel. Wenn es so weit ist, haben die Multimilliardäre ihre Schäfchen selbstverständlich ins Trockene gebracht. Sie sichern sich und ihren privaten Reichtum ab, zur Not in Bunkern in Neuseeland. Auslöffeln werden das ihre Lohnabhöngigen. Und die Steuerzahler*innen.
Sie wissen ja: nur die Doofen zahlen noch Steuern. Weil ein Freund derzeit mit einem neugegründeten Fahrrad-Reinigungsservice in Aufträgen erstickt, fragte mich eine Freundin gestern, ob er “schon Milliardär” sei. Nein, versicherte ich. Sein erster Fehler war, es mit Arbeiten zu versuchen.
Die Macht über die Art unseres Zusammenlebens üben die trumphörigen Oligarchen schon lange aus. Und haben nicht die Absicht, damit aufzuhören. Die in China und Russland übrigens auch nicht. Kürzlich schrieb der befreundete Kollege Andreas v. Westphalen/telepolis das:
“Die überlebenswichtige Kraft der Freundlichkeit – Ein einfaches Gespräch mit einem Unbekannten verhinderte einen Terroranschlag. Was das über die Kraft der Freundlichkeit verrät.”
Wo mag sie also hin sein, wenn ihre evolutionäre Überlegenheit doch so klar zutage tritt? Eine der erfolgreichsten und berühmtesten Medienmacherinnen dieses jungen Jahrhunderts vermittelt in ihren neu erschienenen Memoiren eine Ahnung davon und Carolina Schwarz/taz gelang dazu eine abgewogen kritische Rezension:
“Lena Dunhams Memoir ‘Famesick’: Über den Hass erzählen – Lena Dunham möchte vieles sein und wird doch immer festgelegt und für vermeintliche Eindeutigkeiten gehasst. Ist sie eine schlechte Feministin?”
Der herausgebende Verlag gehört dem deutschen Bertelsmann-Konzern. Wenn Sie nach einer deutschen Fassung suchen, fragen Sie in Güterloh. Übersetzer*innen sind ja sooo teuer …
Mrs. Dunhams TV-/Streaming-Serie “Girls” habe ich seinerzeit auf ZDFneo mit Interesse gesehen. Auf jeden Fall viel näher am wahren Leben dran, als dieser “Sex and the City”-Quark. Aber für mich als mitteleuropäischer Hetero-Mann irgendwann auch ermüdend. Absehbar war für mich, was Mrs. Dunham nun schreibt: Ruhm, Macht und Geld haben sie nicht glücklich gemacht. Sondern krank. Sehr krank.
Immerhin konnte sie sich mit ihrem hoffentlich angehäuften Vermögen die Patientinnen-Teilnahme am US-Gesundheitssystem hoffentlich leisten. Es ist das System. It’s the economy, stupid!
Hätte ich mit meinem Infarkt vor einem Jahr in den USA überlebt? Wahrscheinlich ja. Aber ich wäre jetzt bankrott. Das ist es, was unser Bundeskanzler anstrebt. Er wird scheitern. Wie auch immer.
