Ich habe ja lange nichts wirklich Tiefsinniges gepostet aber mir geht was gewaltig gegen den Strich. Das aggressive „gebashe“ oben nun Links gegen Rechts oder umgekehrt, ohne vernünftige konstruktive Diskussion grenzt nicht nur langsam an einen Kindergarten. Jede/r hält sich für erwachsen und genug politisch aufgeklärt aber schreibt hier hinter dem Deckmantel der Anonymität des #Fediverse wie ein kreischendes Kind im Sandkasten oder Schulkind á la „Herr Lehrer, ich weiss da was….“. Wir wollten uns doch so sehr von den bösen zentralen Netzwerken unterscheiden und versinken so nur noch weiter in die Bedeutungslosigkeit wenn es um ein vernünftiges Miteinander geht. Im Übrigen gibt es auf beiden Seiten solche „Schreihälse“. (1/2)

Anscheinend ist nicht der #Messenger das Problem gewesen, sondern der allzu sorglose Umgang mit Nachrichten von unbekannten Absendern. Das kann man kaum dem genutzten System anlasten.
Allerdings frage ich mich, warum Staatsorgane nicht den speziell für die interne Kommunikation von Behörden auf Basis von #Matrix geschaffenen @bundesmessenger nutzen? Dafür ist er doch da!

It's been a couple months since my last #BudgieDesktop 11 stream (oof) but the sun is here, energy is back, and so are the streams!

Tomorrow at 15:00 EEST: "Building Budgie 11 #5: Finding Common Ground on Outputs". We will be teaching Budgie Desktop Services to speak wl_output (via KWayland) so the Budgie 11 shell (panels, notifications, and more) can find the right displays no matter the compositor. Plan is to land wl_output support, then split it out into a library.

Heads up: Budgie streams & vids will now live on the Buddies of Budgie YouTube channel, and the back catalog of Budgie-related videos will be uploaded there too!
