Kierowcy korzystający z iPhone’ów od lat byli skazani na Siri, której możliwości (szczególnie w języku polskim) pozostawiają wiele do życzenia.
Choć Apple słynie z hermetycznego zamykania swojego ekosystemu, właśnie zrobiło pierwszy, bardzo kontrolowany krok w stronę otwartości. Wraz z aktualizacją iOS 26.4 firma z Cupertino dopuściła do swojego systemu samochodowego zewnętrzne aplikacje głosowe oparte na sztucznej inteligencji. Na reakcję nie trzeba było długo czekać – OpenAI zaktualizowało aplikację ChatGPT, wprowadzając pełnoprawne wsparcie dla Apple CarPlay.
Zero tekstu, sto procent głosu
Ze względów bezpieczeństwa Apple narzuca twórcom rygorystyczne wytyczne dotyczące tego, jak mogą funkcjonować aplikacje konwersacyjne w samochodzie. Wytyczne mówią jasno: program musi być zoptymalizowany pod kątem interakcji głosowej w środowisku jazdy i nie może wyświetlać tekstu ani obrazów.
Dlatego samochodowy ChatGPT różni się od tego, co znamy ze smartfonów. Interfejs został sprowadzony do absolutnego minimum. Nie uświadczymy tu żadnych bloków tekstu czy klawiatury – widzimy jedynie prostą listę naszych wcześniejszych interakcji, przycisk kończenia rozmowy oraz opcję wyciszenia mikrofonu. Cała obsługa opiera się wyłącznie na komendach wypowiadanych na głos, dokładnie tak samo, jak w zaawansowanym trybie głosowym na telefonie.
Kto tu rządzi? ChatGPT to nie następca Siri
Zanim jednak odtrąbimy ostateczny koniec asystenta od Apple, trzeba postawić sprawę jasno: ChatGPT nie przejmie kontroli nad Twoim samochodem. To kluczowa różnica.
Siri nadal pozostaje głęboko zintegrowana z systemem operacyjnym. To ona zmieni stację radiową, wyśle SMS-a czy ustawi trasę w Apple Maps. Sztuczna inteligencja od OpenAI działa w swoim wydzielonym „oknie” jako genialny rozmówca, ale pozostaje dodatkiem, a nie pełnoprawnym następcą Siri w sterowaniu funkcjami dostępnymi dla kierowcy w ramach całego CarPlay.
Jak włączyć i dla kogo to ma sens?
Dla kogo w takim razie jest to rozwiązanie? Przede wszystkim dla kierowców, którzy spędzają w trasie długie godziny i potrzebują inteligentnego kompana do burzy mózgów, podsumowywania notatek, czy po prostu płynnej, naturalnej konwersacji, bez irytującego komunikatu „I don’t understand” od zacinającej się Siri.
Aby uruchomić nowość w swoim aucie, wystarczy spełnić dwa warunki:
- Zaktualizować iPhone’a do najnowszej wersji iOS 26.4.
- Pobrać najnowszą aktualizację aplikacji ChatGPT z App Store.
Po podłączeniu telefonu, ikona sztucznej inteligencji automatycznie pojawi się na ekranie głównym w Twoim samochodzie, obok innych aplikacji dostępnych via CarPlay. To dopiero pierwszy krok w wielkiej wojnie o interfejs w naszych autach, ale kierunek jest jasny – klasyczni asystenci głosowi właśnie zaczynają przegrywać z modelami AI, które wreszcie faktycznie rozumieją, co do nich mówimy.

iPad等、タブレット向けのチューニングはまだ全くしていませんが、そこそこ動きます。
Fediクライアントのアプリの中には、優れたものが既にたくさんあります。
では、今さら新しいアプリを発表する意味が、一体どこにあるのか？
自分は普段、Mastodon 3鯖、Misskey 1鯖を運用している、いわゆる「鯖缶」です。
MastodonとMisskeyのそれぞれには独自機能があり、それらの独自機能に対応したアプリをメンバーに提供することは、鯖缶としての数年越しの夢でした。
開発の時間がなかなか取れずに一度は提供を諦めた自分ではありますが、生成AIの発展、特にClaude Codeとの出会いで潮目が大きく変わったと思います。
自分は全くコードを書いていませんが（明らかな間違い等を、ごくたまーに指摘するぐらい）、思いついたアイデアは端からClaudeに注ぎ込んでいます。
鯖缶自らが、自分のサーバーの為にアプリを提供しているのは珍しいケースだと思います。
capsicumは単体ではせいぜい、「まだ微妙にこなれていない、Mastodon / Misskey両用のクライアント」に過ぎません。
しかし、自分が提案したいのは、サーバーとの一体感です。
「自分のサーバー以外のユーザーに対するサポートは、限定的なものとさせて頂く」と明言させて頂きました。
それは、capsicumというアプリ単体ではなく、この一体感こそを提案したいからです。
プリキュアやダイの大冒険に興味がある方には、capsicumを通じてサーバーの独自機能に触れて欲しいですし、私の個人的な知り合い（ネットつながりの方達も含め）には美食丼から試して頂きたい。
そんな想いが込められています。
本日、AppStoreに最新バージョン 1.8が公開されました。
AppStoreとGoolePlayという両ストアに対応した今日この日、capsicumを通じた「体験」を改めて提案させて頂く次第。

Le premier jour de la guerre, des frappes aériennes américaines ont visé une école de filles en Iran – tuant au moins 108 enfants lors d’une attaque en triple frappe. Pendant deux ans et demi, nous avons vu les forces israéliennes faire cela à Gaza – banalisant des crimes de guerre pour que d’autres dirigeants bellicistes suivent l’exemple.
Nous ne pouvons absolument pas laisser nos gouvernements penser que c’est acceptable.
