@schb mein erster Mac war auch ein Mac SE von 1989, den ich 1994 gebraucht gekauft habe. Der hat bis heute überlebt, aber nur als Gehäuse und ROM-Datei. Inzwischen wohnt im Gehäuse ein #Raspberrypi und manchmal starte ich den Emulator und spiele eine Runde "Ingemars Skiing Game".
Ich hatte in den 90igern noch ein gebrauchtes PowerBook 100 und danach noch diverse neue und gebrauchte Macs, die zähle ich jetzt nicht alle auf.

Apparently #FastAPI killed #typer_slim, which used to be a lightweitght distribution of #typer without fancy dependencies, and is now a "thin wrapper" around #typer, which its entire #dependency tree, effectively removing the entire purpose of the package.
I really dislike *this* type of "dependency injection", so I'm out. I'll be using vanilla #pythonclick and if that also becomes a burden, I'll be back to #argparse.

Wie wäre es schön, wenn #Deutschland ebenso flexibel und unbürokratisch agieren würde wie die #Ukraine! Stattdessen versucht #Gaskathi, überholte Verbrennertechnologien zu Gunsten ihres früheren Arbeitgebers über die Zeit zu retten, und die @Bundesregierung@social.bund.de diskutiert darüber, auf welche Art und Weise liebgewordene überkommene Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsprivilegien erhalten werden können. Wir waren vor einem halben Jahrzehnt bereits mal auf einem besseren Weg, aber die Verfechter des Status Quo in FDP, Union und SPD haben es geschafft, jeden Anflug von Aufbruchstimmung wieder zu zerstören.
Man kann eigentlich nur mit Konrad Adenauer fragen: „Mein Gott, was soll aus Deutschland werden?"
Viel besser wäre es, wenn wir - ebenfalls mit Adenauer - feststellen könnten: „Wir sind wieder ein jutes Stück vorwärts jekommen!“ - aber das schaffen die derzeitigen Spitzenakteure in der Politik zur Zeit nicht!

District Court Judge Mehta found that Trump’s Jan 6 Ellipse speech "was not covered by the Supreme Court’s immunity ruling, determining it could not be considered a core presidential act."
The case can now proceed in court, with civil litigation pending.

I have not been feeling that great recently, I mean I can't remember when I actually felt good, but between the incredibly poor sleep, horbile poverty diet, the constant pain, I have just really felt run down more than usual, what energy I start the day with is often depleted fairly quickly, with very little effort on my part, on top of barely having food to actually eat, over the past month or so my appetite has really plumetited, I am kind of hungry now but between not actually having really anything to eat and how I'm feeling, it's like it really does not matter, the past 2 months I have been trying to some new supplements and vitamins, to make up for the deficiencies and to maybe help some of my inflammation and blood pressure roller coaster, I have had little difference on those fronts, my water intake has stayed the same and my output seems to be ok, but I am having harder and harder time moving and every movement seems labored, my executive cognitive function is declining, it is becoming harder and harder to do simple and basic things, even thinking this out to put it words between my hands struggling to type and actually find the correct words and spelling them right the first time, is a chore, trying to read anything on screen or paper is a battle between blurry and focus the words look like spiraling alien hieroglyphics, anyways, I am really simply not feeling good and I can't exactly describe how I am feeling either I simply lack the function to, recently I turned 48, but being disabled and existing in poverty for so long it's more like I turned 88, and no one even cares;

AI karma got me right away, and it hit hard.
Such a PITA. This LLM thing doesn't know the API and it doesn't even notice contradicting itsself.
Still, with a lot of trial and error, I got code drafted that does what I need:
Spacing out regions by a given number of seconds (floating point numbers allowed).
Works with one exception: I wasn't able to properly commit the action to the undo history.
So, here it is, this is… well I'm very uncertain about this, but perhaps one day it will actually be proper code that can help other people, too:
(I added TODO comments where there's issues.)
Should I perhaps discuss this in the Ardour forum, because there are more LUA nerds hanging out there?
