It looks like a great way to create pdfs and the examples look a lot easier than fighting with LaTeX syntax.
A quick search turned up #Python bindings and a way of importing data from JSON to use it as a template engine.

@me_the_fl00f I really don't want to defend Docker because it gets a lot of things wrong, such as port exposure. But it also does a lot of things extremely well. I don't want to set up Forgejo, Synapse, my blogs, various databases and my mail server on bare metal. Everything runs without any problems in Docker. As with anything you run, you just have to know what to watch out for.

Der Begriff "Soziale Medien" an sich ist völlig aus der Zeit gefallen und umfaßt heute eigentlich (fast) alles. Wir brauchen neue Worte. Letzlich liegt ein Kampfbegriff vor, unter dem alles, was gerade abzulehnen sei, zusammengefaßt wird, ohne daß der Begriff als solches eine Abgrenzung zu den Dingen, die nicht angefeindet werden "sollen", zuläßt. Definition fassen so vieles darunter zusammen und grenzen das Gesamtkonstrukt dann zu "klassischen Medien" ab, daß es über die Jahre immer unklarer wird, wo zB die Abgrenzung zu einem bloßen Telefon liegt, was ja mittlerweile auch im Internet arbeitet. Wenn eine Zeitung einen online Auftritt hat, ist sie doch auch social media. Insbesondere wenn es Kommentarspalten gibt, Abos (Profile) und gar die Printversion ganz eingestellt ist. 1/3

Docker often works perfectly well; it's just that people don't tend to talk about it when it's functioning properly.
I can set up a bare-metal server with a firewall, a reverse proxy and ten running Docker services in twenty minutes. The most complicated part isn't Docker. It really takes zero manpower.

Downgraded #Jenkins and all its plugins. Again. Third time — I've finally pinned the version properly 😅
We're frozen on an old version because AIX and Solaris are stuck on Java 11, and newer Jenkins needs Java 17+. Our build farm has 33 nodes across everything from Raspberry Pi to SPARC T4-1.
Now looking at #Forgejo Actions as a way out.
