Работать с JasperReports тяжело — данные передаются хрупкими механизмами, бизнес-логика утекает в XML, а субрепорты требуют ручной синхронизации между Java и JRXML. jasper-modular-library решает это: отчёт описывается деревом POJO с аннотациями, процессор генерирует JRXML при компиляции, а рантайм собирает всё автоматически. В статье — типичные подходы к передаче данных и их проблемы, и как библиотека их устраняет.

This video gets to the heart of it: platforms built to maximise attention cannot keep washing their hands when young users are pulled into compulsive use. Endless scroll, algorithmic feeds, behavioural nudges, and frictionless overuse are not neutral features. They are design choices.
For years, Big Tech has acted like harm is some weird side effect that appeared out of nowhere. It did not. These systems were built to keep people watching, scrolling, tapping, and returning.
When legal pressure starts landing, it matters because it challenges the lie that these companies are passive hosts rather than active architects of dependency.
What needs to change first: platform design, legal liability, or public awareness?

Tried my new VPN gateway on a Raspberry Pi and booted BlackArch live to explore some tools. Sadly, the distro feels abandoned: outdated packages, broken apps, no copy/paste in terminals, and a prehistoric Firefox. A shame, because it still boots under 500MB RAM 😕

I do, however, disagree with @parismarx about Signal and Whatsapp. I never used them and believe we should (try to) avoid them, as they are deeply integrated with #bigTech, i.e. one with AWS,, the other with Meta.
We can use the #fediverse, so let's use federated chat, too! Paris mentions Matrix/Element, which is great. I like to add the founder of federated IM: #Jabber/#XMPP, which exists since 1999.
