Immer wieder lesenswert ist der vor sechs Jahren erschienene Roman "Das Ministerium der Zukunft". Ich las den Roman vor ein paar Jahren, just beginnend an einem brütend heißen Sommertag.
Ohne viel spoilern zu wollen: das Anfangskapitel handelt davon, wie in einem Dorf im Globalen Süden der Strom und damit auch die Klimageräte ausfallen. Die Bewohner:innen gehen in den örtlichen See, und werden dort regelrecht gesotten und sterben.

Dzięki 2-tygodniowemu flow nie tylko przerobiłam i przyswoiłam sobie cały materiał, ale też wykonałam kilka różnych audytów (w tym mój biohacking na ławie Murcii opisany wcześniej). W międzyczasie wdałam się też w kilka HR-owych polemik na portalu LinkedIn, przejrzałam na wylot patologię w branży meblarskiej, opracowałam kilka podcastów, by teraz, z kubkiem dobroczynnej Bakopy drobnolistnej prześledzić newsy. Obraz, jaki się z nich wyłania dla działu EB, to czyste harakiri. Każdy brandowiec doskonale wie, że obraz marki musi być spójny z kulturą organizacji, archetypem marki, deklarowanymi wartościami, tym, co mamy w bilansie rocznym, kampanią reklamową czy EVP. Zapraszam Was zatem moi Drodzy na kolejny odcinek serii „Polska w oparach absurdu”, w którym zderzymy oczekiwania polskich wyborców z brutalną rzeczywistością. Bez znieczulenia. U dołu dzisiejszej publikacji zostawiam ikonograficzną wersję dla leniwych.
Audyt EB: Rząd RP vs. Rzeczywistość
Zacznijmy od EVP. W Employer Brandingu EVP to obietnica: „Przyjdź do nas, a dostaniesz to i to”. PO obiecała nam 100 konkretów. Tymczasem większość koalicyjnych „postulatów” utonęła w chaosie. Zajrzyjmy zatem pod deskę rozdzielczą (wskaźniki KPI) i przekonajmy się, co nasi włodarze dowieźli, a co „zniknęło w oparach ”. Stan faktyczny na dziś (w wersji soft): zadłużenie kraju to jedyny wskaźnik, który przebił sufit. W rok tłuste kocury sejmowe zadłużyły nas bardziej niż poprzednicy przez dwie kadencje. Do tego trzeba mieć niesamowity talent. To rekordowy „bonus”, którego nikt nie chciał. Jako analityczkę nie interesują mnie polityczne sympatie, tylko konkrety. Oto jak sytuacja wygląda: Rok 2024: Zadłużenie Skarbu Państwa wzrosło o 283 mld zł.Rok 2025: Przyrost długu był rekordowy i wyniósł 322,6 mld zł (wzrost o blisko 20% w zaledwie 12 miesięcy!). Luty 2026: Dług publiczny przebił psychologiczną barierę i osiągnął poziom 2,037 bln zł (2 037 497,2 mln PLN). Dla porównania: w ostatnim roku rządów PiS (2023), wzrost długu wyniósł ok. 107 mld zł. Oznacza to, że obecna ekipa w samym 2025 roku pożyczyła trzykrotnie więcej niż ich poprzednicy w swoim ostatnim roku. Konkluzja: firma Polish Republic przepala pieniądze (lub kradnie) i żyje ponad stan swoich pracowników (suwerena). Idźmy więc dalej. Deficyt w roku 2025 wyniósł aż 275,6 mld zł. To jest najwyższy deficyt w historii III RP. Plastikowym serduszkom to jednak nie przeszkadza. Fajnie się żyje za cudzy, lewarowany kapitał i pracuje na saksach dla Niemca. Nie lepiej radzi sobie sektor instytucji rządowych i samorządowych (tzw. dług EDP). Na koniec 2025 roku dług ten wyniósł aż 2,335 bln zł, co stanowi 59,7% PKB – czyli jesteśmy na samej granicy progu ostrożnościowego z Maastricht (60% PKB).
Kolejny punkt dzisiejszego audytu to stan polskiej służby zdrowia (NFZ). Nie pytam Was, jak długo czekacie do specjalisty i czy jesteście zadowoleni z jakości świadczonych usług. Ale warto w tym miejscu przytoczyć kilka liczb. W świecie Employer Brandingu ludzkie zdrowie to kluczowy benefit. Sprawdźmy zatem, jak nasz „pracodawca” (czyli polski rząd) zarządza budżetem, który co miesiąc bezlitośnie potrąca nam z pensji. Wpływy ze składki zdrowotnej rosną rekordowo, co jest efektem m.in. zmian podatkowych (brak możliwości odliczenia składki). Polacy zrzucają się na ten patologiczny system coraz większymi kwotami. Kwoty robią wrażenie, ale z psychologicznego punktu widzenia to obrazy zostają nam w pamięci na dłużej. Oto grafika ilustrująca totalną zapaść opieki medycznej. Ku otrzeźwieniu przy urnach wyborczych.
W Employeer Brandingu jakość narzędzi pracy to podstawa. W polskim systemie zdrowia te narzędzia po prostu znikają. Kilka przykładów. W latach 2024–2025 zlikwidowano 37 oddziałów położniczo-ginekologicznych. Powód? „Nierentowność” i limity przyjęć. W oparach absurdu promujemy demografię, zamykając miejsca, gdzie Polacy mają przychodzić na świat. Bardzo rozsądne. Taniej jest się nie rozmnażać. To się nazywa optymalizacja kosztów. Okulistyka (Stożek Rogówki i Zaćma): Oddziały okulistyczne są zamykane (np. głośne przypadki w Małopolsce w 2025 r.). Na specjalistyczne leczenie stożka rogówki (cross-linking) w trybie stabilnym czeka się średnio 7,5 miesiąca. Dla niejednego pacjenta oznacza to ryzyko nieodwracalnej utraty wzroku. Onkologia (Karta DiLO): Choć „zielona karta” teoretycznie przyspiesza proces, bez niej czas oczekiwania na diagnozę nowotworową w 2025 roku wydłużył się średnio do 6,5 tygodnia. W nowotworach złośliwych to wyrok. System obiecuje szybką ścieżkę, lecz dostarcza nam tor przeszkód. Naprawdę, Droga Koalicjo: Program ,, Trumna +” to w tej sytuacji najrozsądniejsze wyjście. Truposz zwolniony z płacenia lichwy. Rehabilitacja: Tutaj „standardy europejskie” kończą się najszybciej. Czas oczekiwania na rehabilitację po urazach to często od kilku miesięcy do roku. Ludzie płacą składki, by po wypadku… leczyć się prywatnie, bo system ich wyklucza. Jako świeżo upieczony Specjalistka ds. EB stawiam brutalną diagnozę: mamy do czynienia z dumpingiem zdrowotnym. Rząd jako „Manager Systemu” pobiera od nas coraz wyższe opłaty za „ubezpieczenie”, które w krytycznych momentach (poród, rak, wzrok, operacja i tym podobne) po prostu nie działa… Stali czytelnicy pewnie są rozczarowani. Brzmi sucho, analitycznie, nudno i beznamiętnie. Inżyniersko. Ale spokojnie: Niebanalna Joanna pomyślała o wszystkim. Zamiast tradycyjnej puenty zostawiam Czytelnikom Olejnikową ,,Kropkę nad I’‚, którą przedstawi Wam moje blogowe alter-ego, czyli Kronikarz Skansenu oraz redaktor ,,Trybuny Obietnic bez POkrycia” w jednym. Zaprośmy go kliknięciem gwiazdki pod tym wpisem do bardzo ciekawej rozmowy.
🎙️Podcast – SPECJALNE WYDANIE „TRYBUNY OBIETNIC BEZ POKRYCIA”
Kronikarz Skansenu: Dobry wieczór Państwu, a właściwie dobranoc, bo przy tym stanie zadłużenia, to już tylko zgasić światło zostało. Gościmy dziś w Skansenie Pobożnych Życzeń, gdzie bilans NFZ-u wygląda jak jadłospis w schronisku dla bezdomnych – dużo wody, mało treści, a na deser zamknięta porodówka.
Redaktor Trybuny: Witamy, witamy! Mamy dla Państwa dzisiejszy „Konkret Dnia”: Jeśli planują Państwo zachorować na nowotwór, prosimy o cierpliwość. Kolejka do diagnozy jest dłuższa niż lista obietnic Donalda, a rehabilitacja przewidziana jest w następnym wcieleniu. Ale spokojnie! Zamiast okulisty mamy dla Państwa coś, co wyostrzy wzrok lepiej niż marchewka.
Kronikarz Skansenu: Właśnie! Przejdźmy do naszego głównego dania. Przez lata karmiono nas dietą „Anty-Onuca”. Każdy, kto nie skakał z radości na widok rosnącego długu, był ruskim agentem, hakerem z Olgino i nosił uszankę pod prysznicem. A co się okazało? Nasz Guru, TVN24, w akcie desperackiej szczerości, wyznał: „Kochani, to hasło na J, te osiem gwiazdek, co je tak namiętnie wyświetlaliśmy na autobusach i czółach polityków… to była Rabota w Polsze”.
Redaktor Trybuny: (wybucha śmiechem) No i mamy „Jebać-Pisy” w cyrylicy! Okazało się, że nasza „uśmiechnięta myśl polityczna” była sponsorowana przez fundusz „Rubel dla Naiwnych”. Pan Zembaczyński ze znaczkiem w klapie wygląda teraz jak model z katalogu „Agentura Jesień-Zima 2026”.
Kronikarz Skansenu: To jest szczyt Employer Brandingu! Obiecać walkę z Putinem, a stać się jego darmowym (no, nie do końca darmowym, bo TVN mówi o kasie) billboardem. Wyborca myślał, że krzyczy „wolność”, a krzyczał to, co mu oficer prowadzący w arkuszu Excela zapisał.
Redaktor Trybuny: I to jest właśnie ta spójność! NFZ leży, długi puchną jak ciasto drożdżowe, Polacy w Berlinie śpią pod mostem, a w Warszawie elita brandowa cieszy się, że „walczy z faszyzmem” za pieniądze z Kremla. To nie są opary absurdu. To jest koncentrat z chamstwa i naiwności, podany w kryształowym kieliszku od Unii Europejskiej. W dodatku kupionym na kredyt.
Kronikarz Skansenu: Na koniec, zamiast kropki, mamy dla Państwa osiem gwiazdek. Ale uwaga! Zanim je Państwo nakleją na auto (jak pewien poseł), prosimy sprawdzić, czy klej nie pachnie czasem paliwem z Nord Streamu.
Redaktor Trybuny: Dobranoc Państwu. Następny audyt przeprowadzimy z berlińskiego dworca, tam przynajmniej widać realne efekty naszego „Atrakcyjnego Państwa”. :D

pseudo-diplomacy through social media posts is nothing more than a grade school tantrum of screaming out watch me play with me while being the bully and crying no one likes me, im sorry but somethings in human existence require a higher level of decorum and intellect, as it may be perfectly acceptable to share news or even personal feelings, social media through gravitas is not the correct way to conduct governance nor diplomacy, and elected officials and leaders that do so devalue the office in which they hold and the community that elected them, scrolling through the news and seeing these tantrums from the top levels of leadership lends to the aire of immaturity arrogant uncivilized and down right infantile; again this kind of communication absolutely has its place in life from a personal person standpoint, but when it comes to professionalism this just paints the whole society as elementary uneducated and self centered brats that really need a timeout and a nap;

Bundesregierung äußert sich auf rechtsextreme Anfrage der AfD zur Roten Hilfe e.V. 🏴
Vor einigen Wochen richtete die rechtsextreme AfD-Bundestagsfraktion, vertreten von Martin Hess, Dr. Gottfried Curio, Dr. Bernd Baumann, und anderen, eine „Kleine Anfrage“ an die Bundesregierung zur Arbeit der Roten Hilfe e.V.
In 17 Fragen unterteilt, verlangten die AfD-Abgeordneten umfassende Auskünfte zur Mitgliederzahl, der Unterstützung von Gefangenen oder einer etwaigen „aktiv kämpferische(n) und aggressiv-kämpferische(n) Haltung der Roten Hilfe gegen die freiheitliche demokratische Grundordnung“.
Nun liegt eine Antwort der Bundesregierung vor.
Die Zahl der Menschen die Teil der @RoteHilfe sind, hat sich von 7.000 im Jahr 2015 auf über 14.400 im Jahr 2024 mehr als verdoppelt!
Die Bundesregierung erklärt, dass sie die Rote Hilfe als linksextremistische Organisation einstuft, ihre Aktivitäten beobachtet und personelle sowie strukturelle Entwicklungen im Blick behält.
Zugleich verweist sie bei zahlreichen Detailfragen der AfD auf Geheimhaltungsinteressen oder die Zuständigkeit der Länder und bleibt damit in zentralen Punkten unkonkret.
