This is wrong. Germany has freedom of speech. You can criticize *anyone*. What § 188 StGB prohibits is insulting politicians. While you may argue, if that should be prohibited at all — according to § 185 StGB it is prohibited to insult *anyone* in Germany. And that is just a thing. You can say, that their opinion is shit, but you must not say, that they themselves are shit.

@illustietor finalmente le dió la crisis de los 40, lo más gracioso, todo ese rollo de la libertad y seguridad cuando #Telegram es centralizado y ni siquiera liberan el código del servidor, en segunda, en telegram los grupos y canales ni tienen cifrado, solo es posible tener cifrado usando "chats secretos" (que practicamente nadie usa) en privado, no en grupos

If you get this shit from #Telegram too, try enabling/installing google play services and sending 1-2 test messages from the desktop client you're (hopefully) still logged in to.
After that it no longer insisted on this bullshit and just sent me a Telegram message with that code instead. The same as it always used to in the past...
