Usando un HAT (tipo #pimoroni) con un disco NVMe SSD su una #raspberrypi 5, e' chiaro che non ha senso spendere soldi in un SSD di ultima generazione dato che, per l'effetto a "collo di bottiglia", la velocita' di lettura e scrittura del disco non verrebbe sfruttata totalemnte dato la limitazione della RP.

Step 1(b) was securing my digital #Privacy, which meant controlling my home network, which meant... 
I'll be 32 in 4 weeks, and for the first time in my life, I'm living alone in my own apartment. More on this later.
Step 2 is #SelfHosting my own data and services. I'm working on that now, on a #RaspberryPi 5 running #yunohost (much appreciation to @_elena for sharing her journey). I've got some DNS/proxy issues to work out before inviting you into my digital home, but stay tuned.

Loving this tutorial from Sean M Tracey in issue #158 of @rpimag Doing it on my #RaspberryPi 3B. However, can run it from Thonny but can’t run it from LXTerminal with the statement Sean suggests. I’ve made sure I’ve saved it in the */home/raspberrypi* directory. Any ideas?

Finally got my pi4 working again, migrated to NixOS, silverbullet & nextcloud amongst others restored.
I cannot understate how much faster it is with an SD card and SSD, compared to the old HDD. I thought the bottleneck was the system itself. Nope, totally the storage speed.
