It has been just over two weeks since I configured #ufw to use an ip blocklist which gets updated daily automatically. It's also just over two weeks since the last time my webserver locked up due to too many requests for its limited resources.

Many how-tos and such from the #LinuxDocumentationProject notoriously date from the 1990s and were last updated two decades ago.
One wouldn't know from TLDP about the Bourne Again to Almquist shell switchover, for instance. And there's PalmOS and Psion as hardware platforms, but no #RaspberryPi.

Almost there! Once I have the blockchain synced to my dev system, I can start testing the worker capabilities and build the front-end graphs and sexy tactical display! After that, I can package it for #RaspberryPi and share it with anyone who wants to host their own #Bitcoin node easily to support their solo mining efforts and the overall decentralization of the #Blockchain
