A neato little project from Matteo Fenu next, which turns two addressable LEDs into a day-night cycle lighting system for terrariums - linked to actual sunset/sunrise timings *and* simulating the current phase of the moon. Kinda.

With the Zerowriter Ink distraction-free typing gadget now shipping to backers, creator Adam Wilk has turned his attention elsewhere: the Zerowriter Pi Bright Display HAT, which puts an ePaper display on a Raspberry Pi as a framebuffer device, no messing. Front-lit, too!

I built a compact MIDI controller for my live set, based on OpenDeck and RaspberryPi Pico. And yes, there was a pizza oven involved!

🙄 Oh look, yet another "tiny" OS for your Raspberry Pi that nobody asked for. Apparently, it's soooo flexible and modern, but you still need a PhD in to get past the intro. 🚀 Wow, running in RAM and no installation? Groundbreaking! Just like every other obscure distro no one uses. 🥱

Soweit so gut. #RaspberryPi #Selfhosting #Garage #S3

Testing out a fun experiment of running a variation of my existing website locally.

What's cool about it?

- Served off a Raspberry Pi Zero 1.3
- Running entirely in RAM (thanks Alpine!)
- Web server -> darkhttpd
- Has a tiny ~$4/year VPS in front of it handling the TLS termination

I'm sure things will explode if too many visitors slammed the poor little Pi, but I think regular traffic would be completely fine ;)

If interested: zero.btxx.org

PS. sorry if it falls over!
