Gestern beim #hakendran Podcast war Thomas Riedel, der seine MetaBrille trug, die er seit 1,5 Jahren nicht mehr missen möchte.
Für mich tut sich da immer ein Widerspruch auf, entweder informierter digitaler Zeitgenosse, dann geht aber keine Brille von Meta oder einfach scheiß egal Haltung, dann passt das mit der Brille.
Diese Folge war aber großartig trotz dieses Widerspruches, interessant informativ und meinungsstark und vor allem Skeptisch gegenüber #BigTech und deren Protagonisten.
Diesmal auch wieder auf #Peertube.
Wie das mit dem Meta-Widerspruch geht, verstehe ich trotzdem nicht.

@nixCraft #youtube bad, but I guess it was bound to happen when #ytdlp uses it as a backend. At least its not some hard dependency on #chrome. Though, if arbitrary js has to be run now every time something is being downloaded, I think I can limit myself only to #peertube, even when #deno has good sandboxing.

@trashpandaqc Yeah it's federated with AP, so if you have a PT account users can just follow it from here (i.e. @incentive@peertube.circlewithadot.net) instead of being required to make an account on a PT instance.
I don't know of any specifically for musicians that are open registration, how much space do you think you'd need???
