Tentei postar um vídeo aqui mas parece que o Friendica não aceita vídeos e sugerem que a gente use PeerTube. Existe alguma instância do PeerTube onde eu poderia criar conta para postar videos pequenos de viagens? Não sei se vale a pena autohospedar uma instância do #PeerTube somente para hospedar menos de 10 videos, pois não tenho costume de filmar as coisas...

Does anyone know of any planned or current open source projects to put #peertube on Android TV? There is a mobile app (I know) but what I'm looking for is something that gives a similar user experience to the YouTube app on AndroidTV, but with #PeerTube Something that could run on a Nvidia Shield, or similar?

@bgm Youtube has this same problem. Makes it difficult for you to watch a lot of content you choose to watch. And I'm sure that's by their design.
And without a lot of highly paid UX folks, peertube devs were better off just copying a tried-and-true industry leader like youtube... but damn this a thing that needs to be fixed. Peertube isn't competing for algorithmic dominance like Youtube.

Hmm #Peertube requires me to have a user account and a channel and then on the channel, it says "by user". So far so good... except that it then posts the videos under the user account and the channel will repost it. So if people follow me, they can follow either the user or the channel, but the channel will only boost. Since I can't name the two the same (because on the rest of the Fediverse, both will look like a user account), I guess I might as well use my main handle for the user account?
