Out of 5 in my home, only one has income - a low paying position, as well. We're trying to get by, but struggling until March, when things should be better.

Oder das digitale Bezahlen ala #paypal und co wo jedesmal dafür eine Gebühr anfällt summiert sich auch im Jahr

After an incredibly painful sleepless night, the old man drags his decrepit stiff lifeless corpse out of a sunken bed of jagged thorny shards of rocky iron, unable to yet see without so much as a breath in his chest and as his mind can not even function, as the classical music plays he instinctively drags himself off to prepare his coffee, as his hands tremble and lack the ability to grasp anything, he manages to pour in the water and count the scoops of grind, he fumbles as he plugs in the percolator, as the coffee begins to perc he shuffles off to the toilet where his bowels bellow out in a painful hungerous rage, in the mirror an exhausted old man stares blankly into the abyss, his hair and beard disheveled, lacking the strength and energy he tries to lift his brush to brush them out, but sighs and says who will care anyways, stumbling back to his bed he struggles to pull on his socks and pants, shaking he manages to pour a cup of coffee and gently packs his pipe with scraps of tobacco, he pulls on his coat and opens the door, as he slips outside the sky is dark and gray, the air is mild and moist, as the world awakens not one seems to care for the depths of disrepair and despair this old man exists within;

Was auf den ersten Blick bequem wirkt, hat weitreichende Folgen. Denn #PayPal steht exemplarisch für eine Entwicklung, die den gesamten europäischen Zahlungsmarkt prägt: Immer größere Teile der Zahlungsinfrastruktur werden von wenigen, nicht-europäischen Konzernen kontrolliert. Neben PayPal sind es vor allem #Visa, #Mastercard sowie zunehmend auch Big-Tech-Konzerne wie #Apple oder #Google, die zum Zahlungsmittel der Wahl werden – online wie offline.

@Fischerin fänd es ja gut. Aber meine Sparkassen-App braucht immer ca. 20s, bis die Wero-Eingabe gestartet ist, und meldet dann immer einen Fehler beim Versuch, Geld zu senden. Der Support sagt, App neu installieren, das hab ich noch nicht versucht, weil dann alle Umsätze weg sind, die app hat keine Backup-Funktion. Enttäuschend so weit.

mich würde mal interessieren, wer von euch schon Wero zum Bezahlen nutzt.
Ich habe es noch nicht freigeschaltet, da ich bislang nur den F-Droid Store nutze und daher die Banking App nicht funktioniert. Ich würde das aber ggf. dann auf einem alten Handy installieren.
Konntet ihr schon mit Wero bezahlen? Wird zwingend die ganze Telefonkontaktliste hochgeladen?
In welchen Geschäften und von welchen Initiativen wird Wero schon angeboten?
