My family is starving until Friday, as we simply cannot keep-up with the cost of meds my mother & father need to stay alive.
1/5 people in my home can work for minimal pay & this is simply not enough to survive. We haven't eaten in 4 days.

After another pain filled restless sleepless night the old man drags his breathless lifeless corpse out of a sunken bed of jagged thorny rock, unable to see or think, he drags himself off to prepare his coffee as the classical music plays, as his hands tremble he pours in the water and measures the scoops of grind, fumbling he manages to plug in the percolator, as the coffee begins to perc, he stumbles off to the toilet where his bowels bellow out in hungerous pain, in the mirror a face stares blankly into the abyss his hair and beard disheveled to tired to care, he shuffles back to his bed where he struggles to pull on his socks and pants, he pours a cup of coffee and carefully packs his pipe with scraps of tobacco, he pulls on his coat opens the door and slips outside, the morning is chilly moist and dark, as the world begins to wake not a single soul cares for the plight the old man must endure yet another day;

I'm impressed with how good #Inkscape is.
Sure the UI could probably be improved to makeit more intuitive and elegant, but its powerful and feature rich. I remember when it first appeared, what? 20 years ago? More? Very nice work by everyone involved.👍 🎉

I am tired of status quo in the world at large, looking back to 1900 through 2026, 1960 through 1998 was the most stable and growing segment in humanity, everything from scientific, medical, automotive, textile, agraculture, construction, education, the arts, you name it was pound for pound 10 times better than it is today, the world quit growing and has become complacent in stagnation, and niche growth, I think it is time to get money out of government, out of so called investment firms, out of wealth hoarders, and back into actual markets and in peoples pockets where innovation is conceived created and thrives, our entire system locally, nationally and globally has become a tomb of stagnation that is literally starving and killing us;

The fading mind falls weak as it struggles to stay awake, the body in intense pain spreads the weakness of the mind throughout every movement, like a ballet of chaos to the song of despair, the sight that struggles to see both in darkness and in light, as executive cognitive function declines each day, the rotting pain coupled to exhaustive terror, the nights of restless sleep filled with nightmares in between the bouts of pain, the joints of stiffness make both movement and idleness a burden to be, for if a meal is to come so often not in time, for the bed of lumpy stone maybe the only comfort to these ailing bones, from rise to fall its just a corpse going through it all;
