Recently had occasion to use #PayPal tech support on behalf of a client. Of course, their website wants you to use their AI-powered chatbot. So I called. And got connected to them AI-powered, voice-driven chatbot. 🙄 Got connected to a human who, after their script options ran out (my questions were “too technical”), gave me another website to consult. Sigh.
Waking up each morning in pain and more often than not exhausted, to start the day in the neg, holding hope each day will be better than the last, only to find hours into the day what energy strength and hope fall away like the melting snow, the endless cycle of existing in constant turmoil pales in comparison the vastness of the cosmos, the relentless desire to be hobbled by the never ending need and decay, a battle of will that never really allows you to stand, the eternal scarcity of poverty the desolation of a disabled body in decline, a mind once sharp enough to slice through time now struggles to find a rhyme, hands that could do anything seem to drop everything, legs that could travel the world with equal on one's back struggles to rise and move at all, the endless void if growing despair cloaks the realities from the worlds eyes, for the burden of endurance is crushing while everyone just watches as if nothing is going on, to scream out in pain to cry out for help to be ignored, the enduring relentless fight is more than anyone should ever have to bear;

I live in constant pain, and exhaustion, the other day I did some very light weed wacking and mowing, not a lot and not very long, and now for the following 3 days, my inner thighs the groin area on both sides have been extremely sore, as if I rode a bike for 100 miles straight, and it makes standing up from a sitting position or sitting from standing very difficult and when I am sitting my entire thighs are feeling the burn, so on top of my everyday pain, exhaustion and brain fog, I have newish issues to deal with that also seem to really make it difficult actually more uncomfortable to walk or move around, I already had issues where I can not sit very long nor stand and move around much, now it's a bit worse, im sure it will pass maybe it wont in any event the continued decline of my over all existence is progressing more and more with every passing moment;

After another freezing night of sleepless pain, the old man drags his breathless lifeless corpse out of a sunken bed of jagged thorny icy rocks, unable to yet see as the classical music plays, he drags himself off to prepare his coffee, as his hands tremble he pours in the water and counts the scoops of grind, fumbling he manages to plug in the percolator, as the coffee begins to perc, he shuffles off to the toilet where his bowels bellow out in a hungerous roar, in the mirror a glimpse of a man as he blankly stares into the abyss, his hair and beard disheveled but the old man is to tired to care, stumbling back to his bed he struggles to pull on his socks and pants, he pours a cup of coffee and gently packs his pipe with scraps of tobacco, he puls on his coat and slips out the door, the morning is dark damp and cold, as the world begins to wake, not a single person seems to care for the well of desperation the old man is trapped within;
