PayPal is notifying customers of a data #breach after a software error in a loan application exposed their sensitive personal information, including #SocialSecurity numbers, for nearly 6 months last year. I have a complete launching and landing platform in mind, what I would do for the water launch is all around the actual ship there would be autonomous attached drones all with their own fusion ion drives, starting just south of the Bering Straights, go south through the Pacific at break neck speeds, about Hawaii the main drive on the ship fires, and just before you hit the south china sea, you leave earth at one hell of an escape velocity, and they just stay attached, in theory they could be detached, or remain as secondary propulsion if needed, from concept to active deployment of the starship would be roughly $1Trillion, with an actual realised 10 year ROI of 10x of initial cost; But low as I trapped in a body and mind that decays as my existence is confined to poverty on this wretched rock;
