EU kokeilee Matrixia viestimeksi Teamsin tilalle. Sopii sangen hyvin tähän maailmantilanteeseen, kun vihdoin on herätty, että ATK-palveluidenkin kanssa olisi syytä olla omavarainen.
Vaikka Signalia kovasti nyt hypeteteään, niin se on kuitenkin keskitetty, jonkun muun hallussa oleva palvelu eikä sovellu tälläiseen organisaatioviestintään.
